The server had an attitude right from the beginning. We very seldom dine there, but the other time we went, we had her as a server as well and her attitude was the very same so I believe it’s just her nature. However, shouldn’t you hire servers that like to talk to people or as the very least, put a fake smile on your face. She got angry with me about this gift certificate saying I couldn’t use it with a social they were having, ok,,then we asked for lemon in our water, and she rolls her eyes. She never asked us us not nice if we needed anything or how came over to ask how the food was. When she was bringing us our check, she stopped at another table and whispered into, I assume her friends ear, and they both laughed. I had to actually ask for grated cheese and another attiitute. Ok Barbara, enough is enough,,,enjoy your 54 cents tip.
Barbra the waitress was awesome. She has been there 25 years and told us about the local area. This place have very good home cooked food. Highly recommend it!

The food was delicious and the portions were huge! We ordered two appetizers, two entrees and desserts and all were great. Our waitress, who I regret that I did not get her name, was a lovely woman to talk to and a great server. Wonderful personality and she recommended the Chicken Angelo to me when I was trying to decide among a few chicken dishes and it was truly delicious. I eat more chicken when I go out than almost anyone I know, and it was among the best-tasting chicken entrees I've had anywhere. Fantastic!

This is our second time here. First time was just ok, seafood dishes were not good. Used another restaurant.com coupon and stuck to Italian only dishes. My special pasta and chicken dish and the eggplant parmesan were mediocre. Will only go here again with coupons even with the low-side prices, will not pay full price. So convenient we want it to work!
Seafood wasn't great but everything else was. Place is convenient to home, casual, and quiet. We'll be back but no seafood.
We go at least once a month and never had a disappointing meal. Taryn, one of their waitresses, is very knowledgable about the menu, professional and SUPER friendly. Try this place once and you will definitely return.

Angelo's is not a big place, but the food and service make up for it. Truly a must if you use a coupon and are in Bloomfield. I had the Chicken Angelo and it is my new favorite.

My wife and I found this quiet, quaint restaurant about 3 years ago. We love it because of the friendly atmosphere and of coarse the home cooked "like mom made" food.If you like Italian food you will love Angelo's.

Angeleo's is a great place for a down and dirty Italian dinner. The shrimp park, chicken parm and pizza are a big hit. Only down fall...the restaurant has little or no atmosphere. Often, the only one in the dining room.

Fried calamari was 'chewy' and basically tasteless. The chicken savoy on the bone was just chicken with balsamic on top and a little tough not slow cooked. My husbands veal special had 'melted' cheese which was plastic like and peeled right off. Chocolate mousse cake was definitely not fresh. Will not go here again and have other restaurant.com certificates for this restaurant which we will either give away or toss

We have been going to Angelos for 30 years. We moved from Bloomfield ten years ago but always stop by when we aren the area.
The waitress was a sourpuss and the service was slow. She never asked if we wanted to refill our drinks. There were gnats flying around and someone in my party hated the chicken marsala because it had way too much pepper.

As always dinner was great there. We've eaten there 5 times, and we don't mind driving 5 towns over to get there. The atmosphere is great. And they serve wine.
I was a bit annoyed that I was charged for each refill of iced tea (3 refills) which amounted to $8! I have never heard of charging for refills of iced tea - and I was not told when I was ordering them. The food was good, a bit salty and the service was fine but for that fact I probably would not return.

Our server, Taryn, was so great to us. She was very attentive, fun, and kind. The only problem we had at first was the draft Yuengling beer tasted sour - when we switched to the Coors, it was perfect. The food was fantastic, the setting was really nice, and we couldn't be more happy with the service Taryn provided us with. The food also came out very quickly - they were able to get our big party of 8 in and out in basically 1 hour and 20 minutes with having appetizers, salads, meals & desserts. Thank you, Angelo's, we'll be back!!!

The owner and his staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. This was the first time I used a coupon from your site and everything went exactly as it was explained on your site. Although the entrees were plentiful, the appetizer was barely a tease. The mushrooms were so tiny, they could hardly accommodate the stuffing. Otherwise, our dining experience here was wonderful and we would certainly return!

We have been regulars, however, our last visit on a Saturday was quite a disappointment. We had to wait 30 minutes for our food, with no apology for the wait. Our server did not even return to our table until we were finished.

THE WAITRESS NEEDS TO SHOW SOME FRIENDLINESS AND WARMTH. THE SALAD DRESSING (ITALIAN) WAS NOT GOOD. THE VEAL PIZZAIOLA WAS GOOD.

Angelo's is in our neighborhood, and we've been there before. Former neighbors came for a visit and asked to go there. It was wonderful - we were very pleased.
Look forward to seeing Specials, but Specials have been lacking of late. Too many cream sauces not summer fare.

Restaurant is in the back. There is no sign indicated. The front is Angelo Pizzeria.We was disappointed and almost left without entering restaurant.

I lived in Bloomfield all my life and always went to Angelo's, they have excellent food at an excellent price!
