Service was ok food was terrible
Nice place to stop to get a decent meal for the price.

Atmosphere was sub par, more of a low scale bar atmosphere with questionable clientele.
Food was adequate but well made. Medium rare steak was actually medium rare, not cold on the inside like other places. Got my order wrong (asked for fried oysters on my salad but got chicken) but replaced it without incident. Service is slow.

Only 2 complaints - speakers were way too loud and a lot of cigarette smoke drifted into the bar area from the outside patio.
The foods and service were very good, however, the music played was way too loud. We had hard time hearing our conversation.

The service was top notch. All of the food was temperature appropriate and brought in a timely manner. We sat at the bar and were checked on without being pestered. Friendly and efficient service by all. Great Happy Hour and nightly food specials. The Manager checked on us which was greatly appreciated.
Food was really good. Everything came out in a timely manner! Danny stopped by at just the right time for new rounds of drinks.
The manager, Shelly, was excellent. I had a problem with my salad and she stopped by our table and explained the problem. She made us feel valued as customers.

We loved the muscles as an appetizer, it was in an amazing wine sauce. The prices are so reasonable here, it’s really affordable for a family night out.

Food was great, servers were a bit clownish talking to each other instead of addressing customer concerns. They had issues applying the restaurant.com gift card but we got it figured out. Would still go back again since the food was really good.

Good food, casual atmosphere on the inside. The inside is dominated by a large bar, but there tables and boothes are quiet enough with a good view of all the TV screens. The large indoor/outdoor patio is great when it's warm. Of course there are a lot of smokers out there.
Of the four people in our group, the salmon was good, the new York burger was mediocre, a bit gristly; the cheeseburger came with no cheese, the fries were lukewarm and undercooked and the wine serving was small.

We loved their House Salad—fresh and extremely delicious. My husband and my son both enjoyed their meals very much. The Jambalaya Inordered was too spicy, I only managed to eat one third of the it. The manager offered to bring me something else or have the kitchen prepare another one without the spice. I didn’t want to trouble him so I declined. “I will take it home, and add some vegetable to make it less spicy, “ I said. “Then how about I get you some Alfredo noodles to add to the dish to take home?” he suggested. I was impressed with the courtesy extended by the manager, so I accepted his offer with appreciation. The menu did indicate that Jambalaya is spicy. It wasn’t the restaurant’s fault that I coukdn’t handle it. The manager’s effort to make thing right for me was truly impressive.
This is my second time at this restaurant and both times I have had a problem. The first time I was served a plate of mussels, half of which were not open. The manager corrected the issue and it was fine. This time, I ordered mussels again and the server asked if I would like six or twelve. Thinking nothing of it I answered twelve. After he went to place the order I thought to myself, mussels are served by the pound not the piece, he must have thought I wanted oysters. We called him back over to clarify. I told him that we wanted a pound of mussels and that only oysters were served in six or twelve. He looked at us blankly and said that he had ordered us oysters. We responded that we didn’t want oysters we wanted mussels. To this he actually replied “But I ordered you oysters”. Not oh sorry let me run and fix it, just but I ordered you oysters with a blank stare. We again said, but we want the mussels, not the oysters, that is what we ordered. Additionally the prime rib was over cooked and tough and the waiter told us incorrect prices of the sizes of prime rib. I was charged more than the specials that the waiter informed us of and he was very confused as to the sizes of prime rib available and the prices of each.
Food always is fresh and nicely prepared. Having visited 3 times over the past few months we have never been dissatisfied with any of our selections.
Everything was great, food, service, drinks. One problem I ordered crab legs, one cluster the body meat was black and the legs tasted funny. I mentioned it to the manager, he didn't offer and I didn't ask to have it removed from the bill because overall the rest of the experience was good. Still the cook or server should have noticed and replaced it without me saying a word or ever seeing the bad cluster.

We had an issue where the filet was just gristle and fat. Cut looked more like a sirloin tip. I asked for replacement. the 2nd item came out fast and was much better.
Two burgers; turkey and veggie, with fries. Arrived hot and all sides adequate.
Enjoyed the outdoor area and the server was always there to fill our glasses.

We ordered an appetizer of mussels and at least one third of the mussels came out unopened. The manager gave us a fresh order which was delicious. It also took about thirty minutes to get our check.
Prompt and courteous service; excellent food (ribs, burger, and fish tacos).
Excellent dinners by all in party. Fish & chips were outstanding as was the burger and pasta dinners. Really enjoyed the chicken quesadilla too. Also learned about their daily specials while there. Will be back to try some of those specials and happy hour deals.
Bad and bland food!
We went around 2 pm. The place was pretty empty. I saw about two families and some people at the bar. Our server was nice. The food was terrible, esp the chicken. I ordered fajitas and chicken was still kinda cold.
The blackened salmon salad is out of this world. Pablo is a fantastic server!
Food quality and portion size is excellent, and why we return to this restaurant.. Prices can be a tad high without the gift-certificate, but a good value with it. We will return when another certificate is available for the four of us..

Atmosphere was much louder than I'd like--maybe because of hockey playoff game. Didn't realize it was essentially a sports bar now.

Always fun to go here for dinner. We always try to get seated outside because the garden area is so pretty. The service is great, and so are the mixed drinks. The food is pretty good for a neighborhood sports pub, if not slightly overpriced- even with a coupon for $25 off. But we keep going back, so that probably tells you everything you need to know.
The prime rib was so tough that I nor the waiter could cut it. Sent it back twice no change. Ordered different cut of meat still not happy. The quality of their meat has deteriorated badly. I will not go there again.

Food delicious. Excellent crab cakes that were all meat and little filler. One of the best waiters ever. And we got to save $25 with Restaurant.com certificate and earned Skymiles on Delta for dinning there. Across the street from our hotel. We could walk there. Great Tues and Sun specials, but could not use certificate to order those.

Really like the food here. Nice size portions and very good quality. Prices are a bit high, but the gift-certificate makes it reasonable and gives us incentive to return. We will come back as long as certificates are available.
Portions were large. The price might seem high at first but the size of the portion makes up for the price.
