NEED MORE HELP! SUPER SLOW SERVICE, servers are too busy busing tables instead of servicing customers in a packed restaurant environment. Not the first time this has happened with this place but definitely the last, NEVER AGAIN.

I don't feel like it's easy to find healthy food there. The chef, however, clearly knew what he was doing and is an expert, and the hostess and wait staff were excellent.

The place is too dark, and the menu is black, it is hard to read. Old and musty.

My wife and I really enjoyed the food here. It was very delicious! We are already planning to go again very soon but this time, we’ll bring others. I want to say thank you to the Owner for visiting our table and introducing himself to us. Very humble and thoughtful. I highly recommend this restaurant for the price and service.

The food was good, with adequate portions, however, the flavor didn't 'stand out' with respect to other Italian restaurants we've dined at in recent years (not including Olive Garden Lol). The interior decor was old & tired, comprised of a collage of fake brick, white walls, a poorly placed TV behind the bar, & outdated window treatments. We dined here for lunch & I'm not sure if it's under new ownership, but I hope they're able to continue to make a go of it & improve their offerings & aesthetics. :-)

on that Saturday the atmosphere of the Bella Luna was excellent..My Friends and I enjoyed it.
One plate came out much later than the other three plates. The Salads only consisted of lettuce and tomatoes (I don't like tomatoes so it was lettuce and ranch only, no point) other than that everything was good.

Been here a few times. The food is always immaculate, the service, however, needs major improvement. Staff isn't rude or unprofessional, just very inattentive and tend to hide out of sight a lot.
It was a fabulous dining experience. Absolutely love it. Wait staff was exceptional, food outstanding, overall terrific. Definitely going again. Perfect downtown restaurant for a great meal, great atmosphere, great experience.

The food was excellent. The desserts exceptional. It was an intimate evening, that was enjoyed by my husband and myself. I would like to return and enjoy it again.
Staff was friendly, but meals took long to be served. No television, not a place to watch sport activities. Live Comic entertainment, but not for children. List of appetizers didn't sound appealing. Wine price expenses. Asked for house wine, but they ran out. They offered and suggested a wine at $3 more per glass. I have to think twice about returning.

The atmosphere was nice. It is a small, quaint restaurant. I liked the ambiance. The food was very good, and it is apparent that the ingredients that go into the food are fresh. I do think my fish was a bit over cooked, but it was not anything I would send back. There are two reasons I would not give this the full 5. The first is that the wait staff l, although very polite, appeared to be a bit scattered and confused. I had to wait a bit for a drink refill. There were three staff covering the tables and for a bit I was not sure exactly which one was assigned to my table. They were cordial though. The second reason is that it was rather hot in the building. One of the wait staff did inform us later during our meal that the AC was not working very well. There is a bit of a wait for the food, but I did not mind it because good food takes time. So if you are looking for a quick meal, this is totally not the place to go. If you are looking to enjoy a good meal and spend time with someone else without a time crunch, then this would be a perfect place to do so.
