Rude. Customer service is so poor, both The waiter of the owner.

The food and and service was great. But the waiting time was soooo loooong for dinner. From coming in, taking order, and when the food came out.........soooo looong. Won't come again for dinner except if we have a large group where we can chat so the we would not really feel the waiting time.
Love the food, the ambience of the restaurant but we were not served right away and when someone did she’s a trainee who did not know much about what they offer yet. Overall though, it was a great experience!

While the service was excellent the food was mediocre. Have had Indian cuisine before and this was just lots of heavily spiced gravy smothered food. Couldn't really tell what we were eating.

It was bonafide worst experience. They did not like the fact that I had the restaurant.com. Certificate and the server was rude the moment he knew. I will never go to that restaurant and I zm afraid to purchase another certificate from restaurant.com
Great food. Great service. Place a bit empty when we arrived and were first apprehensive, but it was good. Smaller portions than we expected for the price listed on the menu, except for the naan/bread. It's a little bit on the pricier end, so not sure I would go back without a coupon of some sort.
We ordered the vegetable samosas, Bombay Special Dinner and chicken Makhani. Everything was tasty & the servers were very attentive and friendly. Great for date night!
Best Indian food in the Inland Empire. Always happy with the food and service there.

From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we received attentive, friendly, professional service. The "southern hospitality" that you often hear about. Corey, Daniel, and Rick were the epitome of professionalism.
Great authentic Indian cuisine at value without compromising taste. Super fast service with all the comforts you would expect eating at Bombay. I'll be back to try the daily lunch buffet.

It was over all good. However, it did a little spell for someone to come take our order.
The food was delicious, flavorful and robust, the service was great, but I didn't like how they automatically built in a 20% tip into my check when there was only me and ONE other person. The certificate did NOT say that a gratuity was going to be built into the total price (as I have seen on other restaurant certificates), and usually automatic gratuities are used for large parties....not two people.Be advised that the environment is formal. The waiters are wearing suits with bow ties and the dining table set up is formal with proper settings and fabric napkins/table cloths. Had I known this I wouldn't have walked in wearing jeans and a sweater. I was so embarrassed. This is definitely more of a date night/business lunch type of environment.They have a large selection of local and imported wines as well as beers imported from India, and their weekend brunch includes all-you-can-drink champagne. Other than that, DEFINITELY get the pistachio and cardamom ice cream as a dessert. You won't regret it.
