They have consistently messed up online orders and now there is not a way to get the order right, as you are run through a Automated support system that will tell you that they will get back to you in a few days. Then they give you a coupon so you will spend more money at their store, meanwhile you either go without or just go to the store and buy what you wanted. In person make sure you check your order as nearly half the time it will be wrong if there is more than 2 items and 2 customers. If you're the only customer you have a bout a 55% chance of getting what you asked for.
