Great Thursday night buffet. They have a wide variety of taco and burrito fixings, excellent chicken tenders, and a chocolate fountain for desert.

Service was excellent. Kitchen was backup. Wanted over 45 minutes for our dinner. Waiter was very attentive and apologized for the delay. Dinner was brought out by a different person than our waiter. Soup was luke warm. I mentioned it to Derek H our server and he immediately took it back and reheated it. Seems strange that the people bringing it to the table was not aware that the soup was not heated.

The food is always delicious and our waitress was AMAZING!! She has been at Casa Rio a long time and we LOVE her! She knows what we order and has our beverages and other appetizer items brought right over when we first sit down. She is one of the best servers we've ever had at any restaurant!

Nothing in the menu suggested that there would be jalapeños in my meal and it was way too hot for me.
The checki in process was confusing …we had to track down the gal who had a clipboard to put our names down. No waiting area ~ standing next to people eating. Food was great - chips and salsa excellent. Prices very reasonable. Server was young and standoffish ... needed to slow down and listen to our drink order.

Food is good. We were hoping for the buffet, but this past Wednesday, they did not have it. Restaurant always seems to be bustling, so people must enjoy this place.

Had the taco fahitas, they were somewhat dry and not much steak, needed some green peppers and more sour cream. The nacho's, chips and salsa were good. Watress was friendly and attentive.

They make the best chips and salsa in the cities! Their Happy Hour is the best as well. It is 2-4-1 but they don't make you get both, you can even bring back the receipt and use it on another day. The owner comes out to see if you are happy and even takes your suggestions to heart! And I love their food!
The waitstaff was attentative, but it took over 30 minutes to get our food, and my daughter could not even eat her steak fajitas because the meat had a weird smell.

We were seated in a corner with no lighting, was dificult seeing the menu. table for 2 was very narrow and very long across, was difficult for my wife to reach the center of table to reach chips. Was abviously a makeshift table to fill a unused small Space. would be a very good spot for a larger 8 person booth by removing the 4 place table next to it. there was 2 4 place tables with reserved signs right at the kithen entrance, when the party for the reserved tables arrived they refused them and left. Seriously, if I go to the trouble of making reservation I expect better than tables at the kitchen, and if I were a restaurant manager I would be embarrassed to seat people at the makeshift table we were given. The waitstaff was very good, however the kitchen staff was not. I ordered the Chicken and Chorizo Chimi but recieved a beef chimi, rather than my wife having to let her food get cold waiting until they corrected it or sit and watch her eat while mine was being prepared and then her watching me eat after she was finished I decided to take what was given to me. The beans on both of our dishes was near raw and inedible.The service at Casa Rio is usually very good, as it was tonight, the managment and kitchen staff were a total fail this night.

I love the food and the happy hour at Casa Rio! The servers are pleasant and the owner stops by to chat with people almost every time I've been there. The other 4 people with me loved what they had as well. It is a great value as well.

Everything about our evening was great. The owner came over to our table so we could ask about the nightly food special. He thought enough of our opinion he gave our table 2 of the Texas tacos to sample and give our feedback. He's a really nice guy.

We went on a Monday and it was very enjoyable. We were able to carry on a conversation at a table. Other times we left because it was sooo noisy and busy. I guess it is what you are looking for. . . The service was excellent and the food was great with large portions.

I love the food here and they have a great happy hour. Rob is wonderful and very friendly! I was impressed what I told the owner what was wrong with his meal and the next time I came it was changed and wonderful! They listen. They have the best chips in the world and a great happy hour too.
