didn't like that the price for the sweet potatoe fries upcharge wasn't clearly on the bill or on the menu. The waitress just said that is how it is with no real explanation
Wait staff not attentive enough. Just sayin'. Third visit there and each time had to wait longer than expected for wait staff (serving, following up, and getting the bill). Food is inconsistent. .. from great to mediocre.
It took an hour before we were served our food. The waitress wanted to give us our check before we even were served. She had no idea we hadn't received our meals yet.

Food was not great. Also very dirty. The salt and pepper shakers look like they haven't been clean for awhile. Under the booths had food on the floor. It wasn't just one booth in was many. I plan on never eating here again.

Great place, good food. We will be back! Only negative was we like our ribs with meat "falling off the bone" done....flavor was still great.

It was a weekday and they seemed to be understaffed. It took a long time for a simple appetizer to come to the table and before the appetizer was half gone the food arrived.
our steak was burnt (supposed to be medium rare) the chicken was so tough I couldn't chew it. Even the dessert was gross. After we told the waitress we were going to use our Restaurant.com coupon her whole demeanor changed. She couldn't be bothered to help us retrieve coupon and she became nasty, as if she had to pay for our meal! Atmosphere of restaurant before meal was great.
Food didn’t all come together, we were done and 2 were just getting their burgers, because the waitress brought only bacon instead of the bacon burned burgers!!! Ordered another round of drinks and never came until we were all done with our meals. They were not even crowded, it was only 6pm and they already ran out of rotisserie chicken, prime rib, the chicken was super dry. Just a bad experience!

BBQ is very dry. Food was not served hot just hardly warm.
This was my third time dining there, and it never disappoints. Food is extremely fresh and well prepared. Service is also excellent.

All of the wait staff was very friendly and happy and helpful. The atmosphere was great the music was nice not to loud and great to hear something other than the top 40. The food was also so so good, the restaurant ambience and decor was nice and a clean space as well. Very good experience.

Pretty basic BBQ, brisket was a touch dry, shredded chicken was not that good and was not hot, ribs were average, disappointed chiavetas chicken not offered alone, sides were good, service was quick.

It is always chilly in there no matter the time of year, and i like it cold. The food is very good.

We had a wait of about a half hour even with reservations, which they told us about when we called. The beef brisket and ribs were excellent. the pulled pork and chicken were on the dry side. We would have liked to have more selections of barbeque sauce.
Greatest bbq wings we've ever had! Everything is very good quality. Fantastic choice of side dishes.
