The pizza is authentic Italian, delicious crust (& rustic bread), many choices for topping mixtures or create-your-own, quality cheeses. Pizzas more medium sized but other options that can be added to make a meal for two or more.
Service is always excellent. We love the pizza. We always get the pizza special of the day and are never disappointed.
I feel like it is the best restaurant in Cedar City. I live in St. George, but whenever I am in Cedar City this is where I choose to eat! Great food and great service!

The pizzas were delicious. We had a traditional cheese and the mushroom special, both were great. The srever was attentive and congenial.
The restaurant is small and intimate. It's a different kind of pizza place, but what we tried was good. We plan to return to try some other pizza's.

We go to Cedar City three times a year to see the Utah Shakespeare Festival. We eat at Centro Pizza every time. Very convenient to the Festival, and excellent food and service.

We were a little disappointed in our pizza and salad today. The salad was yummy as always, but some of the lettuce looked old or like the outside leaves should have been discarded. The pizza had more black on the bottom than usual like it was built up in the oven. The sauce was very light and I don't remember the mozzarella cheese even being on the top. We had the Margarite w/house salad. The waiter was great and we still think it is our favorite pizza place. We live in St. George and have driven up to CC just because we want your pizza. The 3 rating is for today

Nice atmosphere but noisy--difficult to have a conversation because it was very busy.
The reason I rated it good instead of excellent, was because the hostess ignored us. She asked everyone except us if we wanted a drink while waiting for our table.

The pizza and service were excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. We live over 45 miles from this place, but we will now make a special trip to go back several times a year.

Superb thin crust wood-fired oven pizza. Centro uses "uncommon" ingredients such as asparagus, goat cheese, & cremini mushrooms. The flavors are excellent.

The wood fired pizzas are excellent. Not the standard sausage, pepperoni, & mushroom, but asparagus, goat cheese, pine nuts, and other non-traditional ingredients. Service is excellent.

Such a nice ambiance and comfortable setting allowing private conversation but not hidden away.
Hostess took a long phone call before seating us who had been waiting already. Despite telling them we had never been there we found the menu extremely confusing. The waiter seemed annoyed that we didn't get it and offer what appeared to be many flip comments throughout the experience.
