A happy surprise My husband comes here often for his Greek Omelette. This was my third visit. My first was a bad experience but the second for breakfast was much better. This time, three of us chose Cheeser’s for lunch on a Friday. Arriving about 1:00, Alec our server, welcomed us warmly. He took care of our order and checked on us throughout the meal. He made suggestions and made sure everything came as we expected it. After we were finished with lunch, he proactively suggested dessert and coffee and again made suggestions. We ordered burgers. Two were The Caprése and one Black n' Blue Bacon Burger with Wedge Potatoes. I asked for the potatoes to be cooked “well done”. Alec asked if we wanted the burgers medium or well done. Everything tasted fresh and flavor profiles were well balanced. The blue cheese did not overwhelm the rest of the burger as it has on other occasions, at other restaurants. My only complaint, I would have liked the option for the burger to be a bit closer to medium rare but it did not seem to be an option. I will ask next time I go back there for lunch.

Ordering was quick. Our food came faster than I normally expect in a sit down restaurant. Food was unique and tasted very good.

We ordered 2 traditional 2 egg breakfasts, with 2 sauge, 2 bacon and potato wedges and 2 regular coffees. We were charged and additional &7 for one extra sausage and bacon. The 2 coffees were almost $5. Total bill was just under $28 plus $5 dollar tip minus $10 for the $4 certificate. $27.58 for 2 breakfasts. We normally pay a little ove $14 at IHOP. WE won't be back.
I’ve eaten lunch several times at Cheeser’s. The soups, sandwiches & salads are fresh & very tasty.
Cheeser's is my favorite local restaurant. I wish they were open for dinner. I love the home town feel, the location, the staff and of course the food. They have the best selection.

Omelette with spinach, feta and tomato was good, but served in a too small a plate, with butter, toasts tomato and a slice of orange that would have been nice had it been visible.

we had to wait for a table to become available. But we were offered coffee & water which was nice. Once seated we were quickly waited on. Food (breakfast) was fantastic--a very good experience. We will be back!

The shrimp cocktail was of the quality you would expect from a grocery story precooked package. The vegetables were store bought frozen. The lobster tail was overdone with the Mesquite flavor, the snow crab was not one pound as advertised and our tenderloins, while very tender, were initially served raw and then cooked further when requested. Unfortunately, the tenderloins were still underdone (we requested medium). Overall the food was mediocre and exceedingly overpriced for the quality.

First time visiting. Had the Rueben which was one of the best I've ever had. My mother had it too and agreed it was delicious. Dad had the Chain of Lakes salad that had egg salad, tuna salad and chicken salad on it and said it was Divine! Great tasting. Service was excellent too. Always had a full drink!

We had to wait about 15 minutes for a table.. But, it was nice seeing a family owned business doing so well. Each of the employees were working hard. Once seated we were quickly waited on. The manager came around often to make sure everything was ok. The best part....The food was delicious.

The food was GREAT, but the service was just ok. The server wasn't all that friendly nor did she make sure our needs were met. NO smile what so ever?! My husband Had to wait for coffee the 1st time, because she said she didn't realize the reg. coffee went empty. WE ate our meal(Benny Oscar, that was GREAT!)& waited for more coffee?! I asked another waiter & he said he was waiting for it to brew?! Waitress FINALLY came back to our table to bring check & I had to asked for more coffee?!
Had Breakfast. The Omelets were great. The potatoes could have been hotter & crispier (barely lukewarm), and toast had to be redone because it was cold. Service was great & loved the coffee.

Great downtown location, lots of shops in the area. Pleasant staff, nice clean old building. My wife had tomato basil soup and a corned beef sandwich, very happy with both, especially the leaness of the beef. I had the ham and brie sandwich served on french toast with sprinkled powdered sugar and preserves, which was outstanding. Family owned, give it a try.

Family owned and their young children (ages about 10 and 13) are working there as waitresses to help out on weekends. Not trained in food handling practices (Example - jelly packets fell on floor and kid puts them back in the tray on the table for customers use.

It was 2pm, a cold, windy day. We both ordered coffee to drink. The restaurant was empty at this moment, except for us,so I took my cup and walked about looking at the "neat" pictures and decor. The coffee was soooooo smooth, we drink it black, my cup was empty before I finished my walk about. Danielle was our very attentive waitperson. She refilled our coffee, answered my many questions about all kinds of offerings - from the entree's to the Lingonberries stirred with sugar from Sweden. I ordered the Chicken Greek Flat. White meat chicken, with olives, feta cheese,artichoke hearts, topped with mixed greens and Feta Vinaigrette dressing a top Flat Bread. My husband had The Black Angus Burger cooked perfectly for him at medium rare. We selected for dessert, a fresh made Orange Cake, moist thru out and iced with an orange cream cheese mixutre...and a delicious serving of Apple Strudel. The apples were crisp to taste and seasoning just delightful. We enjoyed our time there and will return with a guest from Maryland in the next few weeks. We walked about town after our meal.
Overall experience was good, although the small white cups for coffee were grossly stained inside. I sent coffee back for a new clean cup.!

I had an omelet with home fries. I had asked that the home fries have onions in them and instead of grilling the fries and onions together they deep fried the potatos and tossed in a few raw onions-not the best way to do it.
Love the food at Cheesers! One of my favorites is the King Flat bread with steak and shrimp.

Their breakfast special was a sausage, tomato and cheese omlette with balsamic vinager with potato cakes and a French roll with real butter. It was excellent and only $9.95. This is a pleasant cafe on the Main Street in historic downtown Clermont. It is only open for breakfast and lunch.

Cheeser's is one of our favorite lunch and breakfast spots. They always have intreging specials and their regular meals are creative and delicious. They are right on Monstross street in downtown Clermont. And the Sunday fruit market occurs outside their front door.

I Live in Clermont so I know about Cheezer in downtown from shppping locally. I normally go there weekly for Lunch with my Friend and then sometimes during Farmers Market for Sunday brunch. Each week I try something new but this weekend I had my favorite, Shrimp and Crab Benedict. Normally its overflowing with shrimp and crab this week, I couldnt fill my teaspoon with any crab meat so that was a bit dissapointing. The shrinmp were plentyful so Otherwise it was good. ALSO my Coffee was cold, so I asked for it to be heat. I suggested my son get the King Flat and he loved it. My hubby ordered the Benedict with asparagus and he enjoyed that as well. Dont like to complain about this place because we love the different food selections there.

The beef soup was beyond delicious. The heritage turkey sandwiches was praised by three of us. The reuban was enjoyed by the fourth guy at our table. The owner stopped by to see how we were enjoying our meal. All of us want to return to Cheeser's!

Wait staff needs training. Our waiter was "touchy" and that is just a no no in my book. Service was also VERY slow. Food was very good and we have alwys enjoyed the restaurant but the servers are just too poorly trained.

Reuben sandwich was lacking meat. Reubens that we are used to are stacked high. These were not.
after bein seated we waited for 10 min before a server finally came over & asked if we had placed a drink ordere or seen a menu, brought us 1 water &1 decaf coffee, came back 5 minlater we ordered 1 hamburger& 1 rhueben< 2 bags of chips> got it 50 min later, everyone in the small place had been served except 1 table of 6 who were seated after us but thier order went in before ours,(that was the reason we were told why we had to wait!) needless to say we were not very happy altho the food was very good!
It is one of the most wonderful places to have breakfast and lunch in the Clermont, FL area.
Overall a great place to have breakfast in down town Clermont. Very convenient for my wife and I.
The on line menu is not accruate to the menu in the restaurant and they had very little items advertised.

We had purchased two geft certificates at Cheeser's. We first went to lunch and then in a couple of days we went for breakfast. This little restaurant is the best! The owners are so personable. We have been talking about Cheeser's as the highlight of our eating experience!

Drinks are over priced--local restaurant down the street has $1 charge for tea--consider that to help bring in people.
