We eat at this restaurant quite often and we are normally very happy with our purchases and meals. However on this visit my meal was completely left out of the delivered dinner and I had to eat the leftovers from my wife and children as a result
The fried chimichanga were not fried. They were soggy.
Even during the pandemic El rodeo was very accommodating and allowed us to use our restaurant.com certificate that we had received
I called in the order, spelled out the food I wanted, told them 3 times what, I, personally wanted. Well nothing but the peco was right..
Waited over 10 minutes before anyone took our order and had to ask another waitress for a to go box.
I was actually there to place an order to go. It took double the time that I was quoted to get my food (although expected because it was Friday night), so I sat at the bar to wait. There were THREE female servers behind the bar and NONE of them greeted me at any time. It was nothing but men at the bar during that time, and they were busy smiling, laughing and catering to them the entire time I was there. My family and I have dined at this place more times than I can count, but I will never give them business again.

The food was good...our server basically forgot about us and we had to keep flagging down a busser to get anything we needed. Then, when we checked out, they couldn't use the app...they needed a printed certificate. I eventually had to email them a screenshot from my phone. This was difficult as their wifi was awful. Place was also pretty run down. Not happy.
