The wait for food was bit intrusive to our schedule. At one point we waited 28 minutes between offerings that we wanted. We were offered other things in the meantime, just nothing we were interested in.
Great service and food! I was welcomed back and I was asked why I was gone so long. The butchery is good as well.
It was a last-minute decision to go to gauchos and we had not made a reservation. They were very accommodating and found us a table even though it was a very crowded Saturday night. Our server was excellent and very attentive. The manager went from table to table to make sure everyone was happy.
The meat was excellent: taste, heat, look, etc. I miss the yuca/potato/starch that would have made it even better. The price used to be lower too. The dessert is excellent too.

Huge selection of food on a clean and inviting buffet. Beautiful atmosphere. Great service. The owner is very involved in the operation of the restaurant. Gauchos walk around the restaurant offering various meats including salmon, short ribs, prime rib, bacon wrapped chicken, pork, and lamb. Food is delicious. But it's quite expensive.
i brought friend for birthday . three tables. slow service we sat there for long time and had to ask to be offered meats it ws offered to others not us/ we never were offered one of each. got duplicate first . lady came over as i thought there was more choices.. they were decorating and busy so service was not adequate for first visit. slow. over priced. never got to try all meats ran out of time. asked for bill we were full anyways. love meats except the rib was fatty grizzly chewy couldnt eat peice rest was excellent but missed out of a few// with 3 tables only expected better attention. good food

Hostess seemed annoyed that we requested to not be seated at the first table when you walk in. Waitress wasn’t able to check on us as often as I’d expect.

They advertise that they serve over 40 different varieties of meats when they basically serve around nine. We had to ask multiple times for the salmon to be served. Overpriced for what you receive.

The service and and atmosphere was fine, but the food was little to be desired and there was very little variety comparison to other Brazilian Steak houses.
The meat was excellent and the service was very good/ I suspect a lot of that was because it was Wednesday night but very attentive and very flavorful

Lots of salads including stuffed grape leaves and tabouli. Hot sides included yams, pulled pork and chicken Marsella! Also the gauchos kept bringing around other meats to enjoy plus I loved the green plants, lights, ambiance, etc.
The food was delicious!!! Large selection of foods, great variety, well seasoned, meats were cooked to perfection. The staff were very friendly and the live music was an excellent touch.

They advertise that they serve over 20 different meats. We were they for 90 minutes and were offered a selection of just 8.
We went on a Tuesday evening and the selection was limited.
Not pleased that we had to ask for dinner plates twice , and had to find waitress for drinks . Also , they automatically added an 18% tip , which we were not aware of , and not only did she not deserve , we all added more not knowing ; bad business practice ! Sorry but we will not be back !
The salmon and chicken were the only main offerings we really enjoyed. Pork was good, beefs were tough and all had the same flavor. Salad bar was quite good, buffet items were average.

My server Ashley was right on top of filling my drinks and had the proper level of check in throughout my meal. Also the food was cooked just the way I like it medium rare/medium.
Usually very good service staff, but this time the waitress did not pay attention to request to have an order of Chicken Hearts prepared, very slow refilling water glass.

The atmosphere, live music and service were amazing. The salad bar and hot bar were uninteresting and low quality, and the meats served at the table were very salty and fatty. Improve the quality of the food and you have an amazing restaurant that I would return to time and time again.

Start with an excellent salad bar with a terrific variety of salads and fresh veggies. Then move to the hot bar w, here you find a great meal in itself. 2 soups, sweet potato with brandy, pasta, chix marsala, rice dishes, grilled veggies and even yucca and plantains. Meanwhile staff is bringing skewers of meat to your table and slice of a portion for you. Tonight we had 11 different meats including short ribs, chix w/bacon, prime rib, lamb, flank steak,sausage, 2 cuts of pork, salmon and more..Follow this with fresh fruit for dessert and you are incapable of a bite more. The hostess was helpful, pleasant and had a good sense of humor and waitstaff person,Candy, was a kidder and very pleasant. Enjoyable 68th birthday dinner w/friends
First time there for my guest, and she really enjoyed Gauchos. Salad bar is ever expanding and food is excellent. Service was wonderful. Drinks were reasonably priced. Meets were not too salty. Love that you still serve the salmon at the start of the meat service.
The filet minon and hot pineapple are great
The service was great, the selection of food that kept coming around was good. The only down side is that you are so stuffed when you leave...and there was no room for dessert. :)

The food was great, the Gauchos who brought the meats out were great, but the server who seated us and took our order was not as friendly as I would have liked. Also, my husband ordered the chicken heart, and it was never brought to him.

The service was very good, there was just the right amount of time between the gauchos coming to the the table. The meats were very flavorful. It's the eclectic mix of Greek and Italian selections on the salad and hot bar and dessert that killed it for us. We came for Brazilian food. I can get dolmathes and feta & olives on any salad bar in a grocery store, and meet balls from any pizza olace.

My sister loves this place and thought I would give it a try for brunch. My son and husband really enjoyed it but I guess I'm not that much of a meat person. You need to enjoy meat to get its full worth.

Very good choices for the vegetarian in the group and a couple of people tried just about every different choice of meat. Great atmosphere for conversation, with quite music in the background. The only issue I had, personally, was that the meat was a bit salty. I know that makes it taste good, but years ago it seems that it was a bit salty and then some of the salt was removed, but now it is quite salty again. Maybe it's just because I have not been there in a while.
Some of the meats were dry. We were there on a tuesday 8pm, they were not very busy. Meats must have been heated to long. Not enough turn over?

I think the waitress did not hear us correctly when we said we had never been there before and didn't explain anything. I heard other waitresses later explaining the way it works and what meats were available and wished we had been able to have that information. Food was great and I was stuffed, still am almost 12 hours later! Even our 5 year old loved it!

We were surprised to be offered the buffet only or buffet and rodizio when we had traveled 30 miles to go have brunch. Turns out it is no longer offered on sats, but their website and a giant sign right outside the restaurant advertise it. The manager on duty had a grilled pineapple made just for us since that is a brunch offering that we very much enjoy. The buffet had an extended amount of items since the last time we had been which was great. At first our waitress tried to deny us use of the gift certificate, but it was cleared up by the owner. So definitely not an excellent rating, but still a good rating.

This was my 3rd time eating here. The food is always excellent. All 3 times they were slow getting us our check when we were obviously done eating (table cleared of dishes and credit card laying on the edge of the table). I have always had to wait 10-15 min. for the check. That is the only thing preventing me from rating my overall experience as Excellent.

Gauchos is a carnivores paradise. This all you can eat restaurant offers a wonderful variety of meats all cooked and seasoned to perfection. The atmosphere is relaxing and the servers are always exceptional.
It was quiet as it was a Monday night. Service was a little slow @ first with regards to drink orders. After that very prompt & pleasant. Meats were very fresh, sides not so much. Overall satisfied and will return.

The meats were grisly and tough. It's all u can eat, which sounds good, but nobody wanted seconds on any meat. The salad bar was pretty good.
We rarely get to enjoy rodizio so it was a treat for the family.

Tonight, we were still eating when they started to take all the salad dishes away. It was clear we were still eating. It would be nice, if with the prices you charge, you didn't chase your customers out. Another table was still eating as well.
This dining experience has always been tremendous. The variety of meats and the variety of tastes is unlike anything you are likely to ever experience anywhere else.

Overall experience wasn't worth the price. Wife found the salad bar not on par with Gaucho type eateries in other states.

Even though the food was good, it came out too fast and furious.It took for ever for our sides to come out that are brought to the table. The ambiance was dull for a Thursday night out.
I would suggest that some other side dishes be offered.

It was alot of money for the amount of food we could eat because we are not real big eaters. we usually take home half of our meal. The only other thing it would of been nice to have a steamed veggie to go with our meal,they had potatoes and rice on the hot bar put they were all dried out.

The 11 meat sampler was nice but it would probably be better on our next visit if we had a 4 or 5 meat combo. 11 was probably too many.

The service and atmosphere were excellent. However, we were not impressed with the meats that were served. For example, the chicken had several bones in it which was a surprise.

There are so many tables/chairs packed into the dinning room it's difficult to walk through or remove/put on a coat without interrupting other dinners. Several times both customers and servers bumped into chairs.

Yuddy did a wonderful job as our server to make my husband's birthday memorable. The food was excellent, the salad bar had lots of variety, the mashed potatoes were second to none, and the service was prompt, courteous, and memorable. The only things we would recommend would be: The temp in the room was uncomfortably cold and the poultry meats were very dry. Overall a wonderful experience!

Our waitress was also acting as the hostess and as such was inattentive. The food was fair - the vegetable courses were empty for quite some time. When asked, they were very responsive however.

We were fooled into thinking all drinks were dive dollars during happy. After ordering we learned it only applied to drinks one ordered at the bar. It was very expensive, the amount of food we ate did not match the price we paid.

We did enjoy our dining experience at Gauchos but we found it to be expensive even with the discount. We are on a fixed budget but it was our 42nd anniversary so we went but can't do it again anytime soon.
