Great crew, consistently friendly, attentive and led by great managers such as Aaron in the day time or Pawan in the off hours. If food isn't the way we wanted it, a remake is always done quickly which doesn't happen often. We love the Wednesday senior nights, too! Thanks IHOP!
The best part was our server, he was so nice and attentive that it made an otherwise long wait worth it.

It took 15 minutes for the waitress to asked us what we wanted. She did not come back to refill anything. Another person literally dropped our food off to us. We flagged our waitress down 15 minutes later for jelly.
Very rude "Manager" demanding a hard copy of the restaurant.com's Certificate so they can have "evidence" or email the App screenshot, rendering restaurant.com App useless.

Excellent, efficient server. Wonderful country omelette . . . a favorite. Enjoyed free Splashberry refills.
Silverware was not washed well in the dish washer they use. Spots and some soap were on the fork, knife and spoon. This happens often in this IHOP restaurant.

Our waitress was friendly, quick and efficient. The food was up in a timely manner and everything was hot and tasty.
I think the food is overpriced. However, the overall taste of the food was good.

Sat promptly, server was at the table quickly, we asked if we could move, as the party next to us was very loud. They said no problem, and we were immediately moved. Service was good, food was good!
Food was wonderful. Service could have been better. We were never given utensils until after our food came out and I had to ask for them. My daughter's junior chocolate milk took 20 minutes to come, after asking twice for it.
Coffee use to be really good - it is absolutely awful now.

Waitress seemed to be running around like a "chicken with its head cut off." Took 5 minutes for her to come and ask if we wanted anything...and this was a Saturday morning at 8am. Not that busy inside the restaurant. Service was slow...except for the check, which literally came less than a minute after our food came. We never saw the waitress again.
The food was good, but the waiter was not that great. Brought chocolate milk instead of chocolate shake and the shake was very thin, they probably re-used the chocolate milk in it.

our server was great and attentive, water and coffee was always refilled. She didn't overly asked us how we were it was the right amount of engagement.
As soon as our breakfast came out, so did the check. The waitress said "not to rush you because I'm here all day." That effectively prevented us from getting any additional food or side dishes.

The omelette and sandwich my mother and son had were good. My potato soup had no potatoes, was very thin, and was served with no garnishes (scallions, shredded cheese, bacon). It was bland tasting. Otherwise the food was very good.
Server not good. Appetizers ordered before drinks were ordered but came after all breakfast entrees were served. All the dishes including the Appetizers were cold. The grated cheese on the dishes was hardened.
The staff was very attentive to our needs.
Why not excellent? Fork had a difficult time picking up pancake. Syrup container had syrup on handle and on the bottom on the outside.

When we got there the hostess was on the phone and she did not pause to even greet us. We waited till a waitress came to seat us. Service was slow. Food was slow. No milk on the table in the little bowls as usual. No where to put the receipt. It usually comes in a kind of folder.
The staff has noticeably changed and the service has decreased at the same time. We had to wait while no one was in line are there were plenty of empty tables. The person at reception was on the phone and did not make time to greet, assist us or even make eye contact. The person who seated us came later but did not have a professional manner. The waitress did not leave half and half on the table as usual. The wait for the food was longer, etc.

I knew some of what to expect when I went there and even with all it's faults IHOP still has good pancakes. Everyone is entitled to an off day.

Server forgot to bring our check. We had to ask at least twice and wait about 15 minutes after we finished eating and table was cleared. He was new and a pleasant polite server but he needs more training.

These coupons make things more difficult than they need to be. (Paper vs. Phone -- neither works seamlessly.) If the paper version must be validated, then more than one cashier needs to know how to do this.
We had to ask for refills & jam for toasts...I guess I got used to servers who are more observant.

Really great service -- as good as a higher-end restaurant. Food is consistently hot and good.
Pawan, our server, was efficient as usual. The kitchen must have been short-handed, as the food took a long time to come out. My scrambled eggs were cool, turkey bacon undercooked (requested crisp), our companion's Belgian waffle was cold (the margarine wouldn't even melt). My blueberry pancakes were very close to burned on one side. The only thing we sent back was my turkey bacon. It is a good thing we got there very early, as we had a long wait and it was not the server's fault.

Rodizio was upstairs with regular diners instead of usual place downstairs. Table was small and we had to ask for additional portions of meat instead of it being brought continually until s disc on the table was turned over lioke most rodizios.

The server did not understand much English. Our friend asked for onions in his hash browns, which he did not receive. She was courteous and fast, and did get our turkey bacon cooked more well done.
The food was just not really very tasty. I had pasta with chicken and a tomato/alfredo sauce and it was OK but bland. I also thought the ceasar salad dressing was a little bland. The service was excellent though.

45 minutes wait for food after ordered.
Customers for years. This was our worst experience ever. Had reservation. Arrived on time. No hostess. No tables ready. Greeted by owner, who left us standing. Waited 20 minutes. Seated ourselves when a table was ready. Waited 15 minutes. Flagged a busboy to find us a waiter, some bread, water and menus. Waiter apologized, dropped off menus and left. Water with cold, stale bread arrived. Waited 10 minutes, flagged another busboy to find our waiter. Gave order, asked for replacement bread (warm, fresh) and asked for owner. Manager appeared and apologized, offered a drink and said owner was not available. Drink arrived, slammed onto the table, spilling some. Unnoticed by waiter. Food arrived, waiter said it was "rushed" for us. During meal, noticed owner apologize for service to group at table next to ours, then spend 10-15 minutes at another table in far corner while we paid bill and finished. Owner totally ignored us, although we did ask to speak with him. Not the first time we had a bad experience there, but undoubtedly the last. Apologies by staff clearly meaningless. Table was being cleared while I was still eating. Should have received sincere apologies from owner, entire meal at no charge and gift card for future visit. This place has gone far downhill over the years. Embarassing performance.

Waiter called our certificate in and said it had been used an hour earlier. Manager brought phone to table and recalled . Same message, it had been used at 12:00. Since we had the certificate in our car while driving at that time, we could not have used it. He did give us credit for the $10, but I don't think he believed we had not already used it.
We enjoyed our breakfast and the server was very good. I didn't realize that a chocolate syrup came on the cherry Belgian waffle combo (1/2 waffle, eggs, hash browns and meat) and did not care for that. Other than that, our breakfast was great. The server offered to have a new waffle prepared, but I declined.

We sat outside in their small outdoor area to view the trains that were passing by as we ate.
Restaurant was packed so service was a bit slow (as expected). Breakfast meals were good, but one of the three pancake orders wasn't exactly right. No big deal, we ate them anyway. Food quality was very good.

One of the dishes I ordered was horrible. And when reported to the manager he said that this is how this is served. The dish was not eatable at all.

The server did not serve a salad or garlic bread and the meal came with it. I asked the server to provide it before we left the restaurant and she seemed upset I asked for it.

Usually IHOP food is perfectly cooked, but on this occasion the food was mediocre. The chicken quesedilla was soggy/oily and didn't have enough cheese to hold it together the amount of chicken inside. The crepes were slightly undercooked and needed to be remade.

Started with grumpiness of the floor manager (assumed, indian looking male) who visibly was unhappy with waitress who sat us in different section than he wanted, all because we wanted table not booth. But her service and the decent food made the evening overall success.

I have been eating at IHOP restaurants for over 30 years.
The first server forgot us. We eventually asked another for help. Due to being 'too busy' (5:30 pm?) we received the soups and salad with the meal. Otherwise the food was fine.
Waited long time to be seated (nobody in line), longer time to get food, and when we got it the food was terriable.
Great family friendly place. My girls really enjoy eating breakfast for dinner!
