The waiter was very kind and worked extra hard. It was election day and there were many customers and not enough waiters.

The waitress for got my meal first time, then she came back with wrong meal, then after that she still brought me the wrong meal. She said my meal was Complementary since she keep on messing it up. Even my kids finished before me.

My wife's over easy eggs came out runny and had to be redone. Unfortunately I was done eating by time they were remade.

Omar, our server, was upbeat, very efficient and extremely welcoming.
We always have such great times at IHop, but this time, ALL the salt shakers did not work (they were clogged at the top), the cost of the crepes and the hash brown sides were too expensive for how little we received, the food took over half an hour to get to our booth, the sauce on the crepes was almost non-existent and the milk shake had absolutely no ice cream in it (it was simply chocolate milk). This was the worst experience we have ever had at any I-Hop.

The host, whcih we'eve seen before was a great guy. Didn't catch his name but I think he was Italian/Spanish with a distinct voice. He was wonderful. Bright eyed, eager to please, pleasant. Every restaurant should have a guy like him. He probably should get a raise as well.
Pancakes came out cold- couldn't even melt butter. Got replacements quickly.

bad food, poor service. It took 45 minutes to get our food, they had to go out a buy the apple sauce for my daughter. People that got there way after us, ordered, ate and left; we were still there. Management is useless, Miss King. The only reason i stayed is because my ife asked me too, since it was mother's day. Overall Horrible!!! -5 (minus five)

Our waiter, Omar, welcomed us warmly, as did Giovani, the host. Both young men are hard workers and an asset to IHOP! One suggestion: Please make the pancakes larger!!!!

The pancakes could be larger, but the food was tasty. Our server, Omar, was very kind and efficient. Giovanni, the receptionist, was welcoming and very conscientious.
Most often this restaurant is consistent in the quality of the food and the service. Today for some reason my pancakes were overdone and like leather. The server quickly corrected this, with the usual fluffy version.

The manager seated us in the location of our choice and was very courteous. Our waiter, Ali Baba, was fantastic - diligent, welcoming and very personable. Our only disappointment was in the size of the harvest grain pancakes. They were very small.

The main reason we pick this particular IHOP is that it's clean, the food is good and the staff is friendly. The restaurant is always nicely decorated and there seems to be a theme every time we've visited. Plenty of parking and not a long wait to be seated.
While our waiter was fine, we were really impressed by Richard, who was efficiently and cheerfully serving other customers but still made time to clear our table of dirty dishes (thus helping our waiter) and make us feel welcome. We were sorry to learn that he was cut from the managerial program. He is such a go-getter and positive fellow. He would have been an asset to IHOP.

Server Jason was very good. He was courteous and efficient and attended the table just the right amount of times. When we came in there were several staff arguing by the door. It took a few minutes for someone to recognize we were there and seat us. When I went to pay the check the server Rosa was busy telling other servers what to do. She came over to take my check but continued looking at the other servers talking to them in a harsh voice as she started to check us out. When she realized I had a coupon she got irritated and said the server should have taken care of this. I told her it wasn't his fault. I didn't know I had to tell him I had it. She went back to find him and came back saying that he told her I didn't give it to him. I said....no I did not give it to him. She continued to argue with me about whether or not I should have given the coupon to the server. I asked her why she was making such an issue about the coupon. It was clear I had not given the coupon to the server before we ordered. I finally gave up trying to explain to her and waited for my change. I was a Dining Room manager for over 20 years. It isn't very good customer service to bring staff issues into the restaurant in front of customers. And to argue with a customer is bad policy also....even if you think the customer is wrong.

I always have a good meal at this IHOP. Betty is our server of choice and she is fantastic. However, we do get good overall service regardless of the server, Betty is just our favorite! Good food for a good price.

I ordered a meatless omelette, but I found a piece of meat in the omelette while I was eating it. Brought it to server's attention. She said she will let the kitchen know. The restaurant was very busy so I doubt that she did that.

The meal took an unusually long time to get to us. However, the meal was very good.
Food was just ok as the salad was not like picture or description. Service was slow for being 8:30pm. Server did not bother to check on food after serving it.
There were 2 specials on the menu that they didn't have plus no cheesecake that we wanted to order. Also the popovers were cold. We asked for more and they were a little better. My mashed potatoes were cold along with my vegetable.

Breakfast was about average. Coffee fresh. Grits not creamy but gritty and chewy, okay if you prefer it prepared that way.

Coffe was cold, charged $3 for a SLICE of French Toast after my daughters kid meal which was a slice of french toast and 2 strips of bacon was $4. Also charged $2 for a kids hot chocolate when the menu said it was $1 - they said it was because of the whipped cream on top - the manager did not seem to be very helpful either in resolving the situation - Not a good experience. And the brought out our food in stages - no thought for our family that was trying to dine together.

I have always gone to IHOP for breakfast and had great service. I was disappointed with the slow servicie for dinner.

The overall standard of the food was very poor. The server didn't get the forks & spoons with the food and by the time he brought it to us, the food was cold, especially the t-bone steak which I had ordered was very very thinly cut and over-cooked (had asked for medium done & not well done). The servers looked overworked and somewhat tired. Won't be visiting the place again. Thanks, S.
