The girl upfront very unknowledgeable she messed up order as usual i had to wait over 30 minutes for my sandwiches. Their prices are overpriced $8 for falafel and samr for beef gyro!!! always falafel is cheaper. The service is zero however the food is so so.... they need to work on service badley it looks so empty and u walk in there its empty not one to greet u.... just advice

THEY DID NOT HAVE ITEM ON THE MENU THAT I CAME FOR. MY SALAD ONLY HAD LETTUCE, NOT THE ONIONS, TOMATOES, AND CUCUMBERS THAT WERE LISTED.

They have wonderful customer service skills and really try to make you happy and the food is delicious.

The food was excellent, but the service was a little indifferent. Our server did not seem to like that we had a coupon and said we could not use it with the lunch specials. Although he warmed up later, he was very busy, looking like the only server when the dining room filled.

This is always our first stop when we're on vacation.
Jerusalem is the nicest family owned restaurant in the WDW WIDE area! The food is always fresh and plentiful. The wait staff are willing to explain and suggest items on the menu. The owner often stops at each table.

For the total bill of $53.00 after discount there was more than enough to fill you up of very nice tasting foods .... Will be going again..

Although the food is always delicious, the service is always lacking. We dine here every 6 weeks and on every survey I state how slow the servers are. Tonight we experienced - Dirty dishes from appetizers never being removed from the table, we always had empty glasses of water, we had to ask for the same item more than once, etc. We were done eating for 10+ minutes & never saw our server for a to-go box or our check. We do not expect to be rushed through our meal however we do expect more timely service than what this restaurant provides. The servers are all very friendly but do not understand how to take care of their guests, even when we are the only table in the restaurant.The food is so delicious we put up with the bad/slow service, but never come here if we are starving and need food quick or if we are in a hurry to get somewhere.

We totally enjoyed this dining experience! The menu items were delicious, from the shared appetizer plate MAZZA: to our entrees (LAMB KABAB & MUSSAKKAA): the small, warm pita breads; the cooling cucumber, mint and yogurt dish; to the box of assorted baklava desserts we took home.
Meal started off great. We ordered hummos which was served with pita. Both were excellent. When the main entree arrived however both my wife and I were a bit disappointed. I ordered a gyro sandwich.....meat was good however the bread was not; kinda reminded me of a gorditta shell from taco bell. I ate the veggies and meat but left the rest. My wife ordered the shrimp dinner. Shrimp was heavily battered and when it was fried for to long.
Some of the best middle eastern food we ever had. Excellent platters. Had lamb shank and kebab combo.
Had beef kabob. The beef was dry and tough. Mentioned this to the owner; he said 'maybe tough to me and not to him'. Will never go back!

There was a sign on the wall that said something along the lines of "don't forget us, better is hard to find" (I'm sure some words are different) and it's true. Food was great, flavorful, and fresh.

Pleasant environment. Service okay. Food good, not great (I have some familiarity with Middle Eastern food). Moroccan tea and Turkish coffee were fantastic, the highlights. Tiramisu was still slightly frozen.

The food is always excellent but the prices are never consistent with the price on the menu. I was disappointed to find I was being charged yet again more than what I expected when paying for my order. Pricing has been terrible. If it hadn't happened so many times it would be something I'd overlook. They desperately need to put the correct price on all menus including updating what is seen online instead of making up prices on a whim.

The food was just as good as last time. I ordered take out & it travels well. The woman at the cash register 1st said the coupon was for 'dine in only' but when I said that nowhere on it does it say that, she looked at it & saw that so she accepted it & all was good.

The restaurant has recently been refurbished and looks great! The prices have gone up slightly but the quantity of food on the plate has gone down. We usually have great servers, just always really SLOW, today our server was not great - she did not seem to want to answer any of our questions.

The food, prices and service were all excellent! We got falafel as an appetizer which was the Best I have Ever tasted! I got the moussaka & my friend got the kebab combo & we both had to force ourselves to stop, it was sooo delicious! It was just as good if not better the next day when we ate our leftovers! I highly recommend this restaurant; the Best meal we had by far the whole week we were visiting the area!

This is a pleasant, unassuming restaurant where the food is excellent in taste and quality. My wife enjoyed the combo appetizer plate as her main course and it was more than enough food. I had the Kabob combo and it was excellent.

Best middle eastern cuisine in Orlando!
This is a smaller, hole-in-the-wall restaurant that has truly impressed us! Not only was the food awesome, but they make their own yoghurt drink that perfectly compliments their meals! In addition... very kid-friendly, and the waitstaff was very accomodating, helpful and knowledgeable. Next time we are in the Orlando/Kissimmee area, we will visit them again, with or without a coupon!!!

The service is ALWAYS really really slow, it takes a long time to get drinks and even longer for a refill, but the staff is so friendly and food is so fabulous we overlook the really slow service.

It was our 1st trip. It reminds us of our favorite Middle Eastern Restaurant in our old home town in Michigan. We can't wait to go back.
