The food was delicious!
The food was delicious, but the service really poor. Pita and olive spread brought to the table immediately, then no attention. We felt if waiter was attentive we could have ordered Hummus to go with the pita. We stopped another waiter, and he took our order for drinks. Service so poor we didn't have a spoon to share sauce from an entree. No one walked by.

Yummy food (we usually order the vegetable tagine), average prices for a nice restaurant, friendly & attentive service, easy parking .... only issue is the unbelievably loud music that starts when the belly dancer starts, we couldn’t even hear each other, couldn’t wait to finish paying the bill and leave.

The restaurant is gorgeous. The staff is professional, but friendly. The food is outstanding.
The service was terrible we were thrown in the corner waited twenty minutes for our cocktails that were warm Never asked if we would like coffee or dessert we had no fresh silverware when our dinner was served we had to ask for it not happy at all

Really good food(small portions) but exceptionally poor service.
Very attractive venue. Wait staff was delightful. No entertainment on Tuesday evening but that was fine as the noise level was comfortable for conversation .
service was great, my mixed grill had chicken over cooked, beef was a chewy cut, lamb portion was too small. However it was very tasty.

omar e provided us with most professional service and guided us through the menu i was unable to use my coupon for almost a year but when i did the experience was excellent will return soon with a three or four couples for an exciting experience
We love the vegetable tagine, the basmati rice, the fluffy bread, the spiced butter and olive tapenade spreads, the atmosphere and the service. The octopus is just ok, not big chunks or juicy, don’t expect it to be prepared Greek-style. I look forward to trying something new next time.
A family member of mine tried it and raved about the food , the atmosphere (the belly dancers on certin nights). So I went to try it. It exceeded my expectation.

We had beef kabob. The meat was so tender we did not need a steak knife and tasted delicious.
We both ordered the vegetable tagine .... stewed veggies like zucchini, potatoes, onions, tomatoes & salty olives in a tomato-based sauce served with plenty of basmati rice .... healthy & yummy! They have other variations I’ve not yet tried like lamb, chicken, seafood & fish tagines. Next time ....

This place is not consistent and it depends on the staff on duty which varies. My babaganouch was overly garnished thereby interfering with the flavor. The kibbe was friend in oil that was not hot enough so it came out very greasy and the coating was mushy. I have had these things here before and they were good. My desert was also a compromise and yet I have had it there and it was very good. My server was excellent and a stand out from the norm here in Florida.
Just love this restaurant’s ambiance and delicious food. Our server, Eric, was very attentive. You cant go wrong dining here. We also enjoyed the saxophone player and the the half priced house wine on a Thursday night.
Mohammad is an excellent server and a great ambassador for restaurant. The food was wonderful and the portions were generous. The saxophone player was an over the top plus. I had the Le Vie chicken and my date had the seafood tangine. I recommend both. We also had a glass of wine while we enjoyed the hummus and fresh pita bread.

Excellent wait staff loved him... jazz player was wonderful added to the experience ?? owner was hands on hard working women was on top of things . The food was delish from apps thru the Turkish coffee. I can’t say enough about this restaurant the look the feel the service and of course the food !! Please open one in Manhattan !! Don’t hesitate this is a must see ... Thank you for a wonderful experience on our first night here . I would give you a solid 10. My friend enjoyed it and made new friends also ?? she was in aww of the jazz player .
Have been here before and everything was wonderful. This time, and I haven’t been in a while, was very disappointing. The octopus appetizer tasted like chicken. Might it have been cooked near chicken? My lamb kabob was very good but the other’s lamb tangine was way too small a portion. Lebanese wine was excellent. Recommended by our waiter.
The temperature of the food was edible but not hot. The lamb kabob was a bit tough.

I've dined at LaVie 4 times in the last 2 weeks & many times since it opened 1 1/2 years ago. The ambience, atmosphere, decoration, service, & most important - the food - are superb. I've been entertaining friends & everyone loves it. I request Rasheed every time. His service is impeccable! All service is friendly & joyous. Check it online for wonderful photos.

Well, we all know that “no one cooks like Mom!” Our Mother was Lebanese, and while absolutely no restaurant has ever offered Lebanese Cuisine that could compare to hers, my Sisters and I were pleasantly surprised by La Vie. Everything we tried was delicious, including the unexpected, warm, homemade pita bread. Our waiter, Omar, was a very personable, knowledgeable and attentive young man, who speaks well for the establishment, and ensures a most enjoyable experience.
Way too loud, making it almost impossible to carry on a conversation. Waiter was excellent and food was delicious, but not being able to have an conversation at the table brings the entire experience down. Will not return there on a weekend!
Great variety of food, but one part of the sampler appetizer had strong taste of overcooked/burned flavor, and suggest larger tables or table stand to handle large food sampler plates, very cramped dining experience with small tables.
Great food and Omar is a terrific server. I love this place. You think you are in Morocco. The belly dancer is fun on the weekends.

Our waiter Mohammed was great. The food is delicious and the ambiance is perfect.
Service was great, dishes ranged from good to superb. Baby beef sausage was great, kunafu dessert was to die for. grape leaves ere good, but I have had much better. Keebe was also okay but not as good as elesewhere. I would go back, try a few more things and then learn what is best to order, although I already know some.

Welcomed at the front door and friendly atmosphere continued thru out whole dinner. Food was excellent, well presented, attentive staff. Enjoyed the belly dancer too! This was our second time dining; we will surely return.

This was quite a find, thanks to Restaurant.com. The food was authentic and amazing - from the pita pillows and hummus to the deliciously marinated entrees. Our waiter, Omar, was attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely go back!!

this is the best Lebanese restaurant we ever ate out in florida.............. the food was great. the service is great. the owners/ all staff were very friendly !!!!!!! definitely will recommend to others to dine there for lunch/ dinner.
