We went on a Saturday night at 5:00 and had great service. I had the Pappardelle Portofino. It was excellent. My husband had the filet. He loved it. It was done medium, exactly what he asked. Our waitress was great. She recommended an excellent wine. The restaurant was cozy and warm. We will definitely be back.

It's a small place but I thought it was charming. The waitress was phenomenal and we couldn't have asked for better service. And the food was so good! I really enjoyed my dish (My Way Ravioli). My wife and I were happy with our dinner date. We will definitely go back!
Disappointed that they were smoking outside and we could smell the smoke in the restaurant. Owner of restaurant would go in and out. He was asked to close the door but on occasion would forget to close it when he went in and out.

Ordered chicken limone but sauce tasted like chicken stock only. It was cooked well though. No sides came with dinner, the bread seemed old. Seemed understaffed as a couple of the waitresses were running like crazy and it wasn’t even really busy. The chocolate soufflé seemed like it was microwaved
Appetizers amazing. Entrees were just ok, lacked flavor. But wait staff unpleasant with poor attitudes. This can ruin an experience! Get a job somewhere else

Server basically ignored us the entire evening. Never once were we asked if our meal was good or if we had any concerns or needs. The owner was rude and very pushy, seemed that if you were a regular he would welcome you with a handshake or hug buy if you were a newcomer he had no time for you. our service was slow yet regulars had several visits to their table by the server and owner.

I like that is a small restuarant, but it is always noisy, but worth it The food is always wonderful, but tonights stuffed shells was the best ever. My husband always enjoys the veal part. The food is fabulous. I only wish it was a more quiet restaurant.

fantastic first time experience! 2 outdoor cafes, front and back, super quality italian fare, had best ravioli in lifetime: crab ravioli in rich, delicious creamy garlic sauce with 6 jumbo shrimps for $20, AMAZING! Great service from educated and caring server, and delicious martini's, and a incredible cannoli pudding cream dessert item, called a cannoli martini..only mild complaint is all desserts are $10, otherwise specialty drink martini's a reasonable $10 for most, best two were the lemonchello and washington apple martini for sweet martini's, and got to meet owner/mgr while eating. and could not be happier..will be back regularly even though 30 minute drive

My husband thought the sole was excellent. I always have veal marsala because it is excellent. This time it was just a bit chewy which is unusual. I feel this was just a tougher cut of meat so I am still rating the quality of food excellent.

All 3 times we've had negative experiences with or about the owner. He is very disrespectful to his employees. Yelling at them doesn't make the dining experience worth the $ you pay to eat here. It's like everybody is running scared of the owner.
We enjoyed drinks for a long time before we ordered and they let us take out time. We felt welcome, well cared for and the food was delicious.
This is a great quiet little place. They welcome Restaurant.com and have no special rules. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. The owner is usually there and always comes by to say thank you.

A wonderful dining experience on the south side which sorely needs more places like My Way. This was a 1st time for my friend who is now going to take her boyfriend here for his birthday.

Our annual Christmas get-together. There were five of us. Excellent service and ambionce. All agreed excellent food.
Owner rushed us out even though there were only six tables occupied and seven empty.
Their seafood specials are better than those in Florida. Flounder stuffed with crab meat today was out of this world. Kudos to the chef!

Big rip off was for sodas, they were small with lots of ice and no free refills, we paid $10 for $5 small sodas. With the price of the meal almost all restaurants serve additional glasses free of charge. The chicken dish came with only a soup or salad, a side dish was extra, come on for $20?
Service provided by Flo was excellent. Flo offered suggestions, anticipated needs, and returned to offer more water and coffee after the bill was paid.

I went to restaurant with my two nieces for a birthday celebration. So there were three women in our party. The owner sat us at a nice table. Then he came back five minutes later and asked us to move to the table next to the washrooms. There were plenty of other nicer tables available.
