The food was marvelous and the waitress and staff were great. We were early and went to the bar, and the hostess came to find us in the bar. She was most gracious.
We had the Filet with crab meat. Simply the best. I’ll likely eat there 3 to 5 times a month. Great service. Very attentive. Great bread and dipping oil. Clean and nice place settings on the tables.
The food was delicious, and there was plenty of it. Ordered linguini and crab, and there must have been a whole tin of crab meat on my plate!

Very comfortable dining room and excellent for low background noise so you can share conversations at your table. Prices are very reasonable for high quality food.
We love Randis, but were highly disappointed tonight. My chicken franchise was tough. Had to send it back. The iced tea tasted like water. The chicken picatta also had one tough piece of chicken. There must be a different chef because prior to tonight, it was always delicious. The waitress was more interested in talking to her friends at different tables. I asked for grated cheese and when she finally brought it, she just threw the dish down. I am so very disappointed especially because we brought a third person.

I HAD THE LOBSTER TAIL IT WAS A BIT TOUGH. NOT LIKE I HAVE EATEN BEFORE, AT RANDI'S. THE SOUP WAS GOOD AND THE COFFEE WAS PERFECT. SO WAS THE SERVICE.

They are still as good as we remembered- food, service, value for the cost. We moved from the area and cannot get there as easily as we used to. The only negative is that it can be a bit noisy.

We arrived about 1 hour before closing on a Sunday. It was a friendly atmosphere with low lighting. There were groups of people at tables. We dined on seafood. The shrimp was delicious and also stuffed flounder. Will rtn.

We usually have amazing meals here and I’m sure we will again but this time it wasn’t so great. I don’t know if it was because they had several big parties or were shorthanded but we were there and waiting for food for a very long time. We never received the appetizer we ordered and when the waitress came over to tell us after waiting what would be a long time even for just the meal, we told her we never received our appetizer. Nothing was done about it, it wasn’t taken off of the bill, no big apology. It didn’t come out for another 10 minutes and then a while after that our food came out and the steak that I ordered was cooked well on the inside but was pretty much charred black on the outside.
Try the Filet Mignon Frank Sinatra. It is not on the menu, but trust me they will make it for you.

Randi's is one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Their filet is the best consistently I have ever had. Although it was packed for the holidays we were seated within 5 minutes. Yesterdays meal was excellent; a filet Pittsburgh medium and as offered by our waitress blackened scallops to die for.
The specials are fantastic, out of this world, and you literally cannot beat the prices at this restaurant.

We had dinner at Randi’s in a Saturday night after seeing a movie at the Grant Plaza. We didn’t have a reservation and, even though the restaurant was busy, we were seated within 5-10 minutes. Amy was our server and she was fabulous. She was attentive, solicitous and efficient. Among the six of us, three had sandwiches and fries, one had two appetizers and fries and the other two had dinner specials. Our meals were fairly priced and ample. They arrived quickly, hot, as ordered and each enjoyed their selection. We will definitely be back.
Our waitress, Amy was courteous, professional, and very efficient. My stuffed steak was cooked the way I asked for it. My wife's seafood platter was outstanding. It was BYOB night which blended perfectly with my meal and it kept the cost down for me. Great night.

My guest asked the waitress if the dish has onions or peppers as she can't eat them due to acid reflux. The waitress said no. The dish was COVERED in onions and peppers. The waitress did not show back at our table to check in for over 20 mins. The food, overall, was tasty; the chicken was a bit overcooked and tough even if flavorful.

we live quite far at the restaurant at the moment. but their food is so frickin great we had to go back! Roberta's favorite dish of any restaurant is there! and it was great to see RON still working there!! GO THERE!
We are prim rib eaters. We asked before ordering how it is prepared cut right off rib or cooked as pieces. We like right off the rib and would look red. When it was received it was cooked on the grill. Bad experience

at the recommendation of the waitress we tried the blackened scallops appetizer. It was so amazing I wish they had it as an entrée! I cannot believe I have been going here for so many years, and had never tried it. Large firm scallops.

The only thing I would recommend is something I’ve thought for years, that you change the croutons. They are always burnt, and taste horrible. Also, it is always bitter cold in the restaurant.

It is a team effort that makes it a great experience, water glasses filled, bread basket and oil and herbs, table cleared as soon as dishes are done with, large portions of great food, home made soups we wind up taking home 1/2 of what we were able to eat and it makes a great left over meal. it is like having 2 for 1 not to mention our $25.00 coupon discount.
We had a large party for a celebration. The appetizers came out tasting great and in a timely matter, but the dinner was a different story. Most of the dinner food was very good, with the exception being the three Filet Mignon that were ordered Medium rare. Two filets came out well done and one was raw. Also, the dinner portion of our meal took forever to come out.

Service was good. Food took a while to come out as it was busy. My prime Rib felt rushed as only one side of the steak was seared. The other side looked was very pale in looks and the steak didn't taste very hot. I placed it in the broiler the next day and it was much better. It was hot all the way through.

Our server was very nice and professional and we didnt have to wait for anything.The food was wonderful except for the very limited potato and vegatable side. There wasnt a choice in either. That alone would dissuade me from returing for dinner. I had an excellent filet topped with lump crab but did not care for the offered roasted red potatoes or zucchini option. Would have much preferred a baked or mashed potatoes to accompany my entree. The other alternative was pasta but I dont think that goes well with steak.

The food was very good but I had ordered the prime rib first and they came back and made me order something else because they were out of it and it was only 5:30 pm. The server was very nice but got a little lost at the end of our meal.

Went to Randi's because I received a gift certificate at Christmas . I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious my meal was . I continued to frequent the restaurant .When I saw Randi's on restaurant .com I could not resist I enjoyed a wonderful dinner consisting of the best prime rib and also shared my husband's rack of lamb. I Totally underestimated the food quality thinking it was another place tor funeral luncheons and bridal showers . I was wrong . I done out at least 4 times a week all over the city and I would recommend this restaurant for the staff, the service, and the great food??

Pasta dishes were good, crab cakes were average. Couldn't taste the Garlic in the "Garlic" mash potatoes. The Caesar Salad had NO CHEESE that I could see or taste.
The roasted potatoes looked like they were a week old - they were overcooked, dry and had so much pepper on them we were unable to eat them. The cook does not know how we like our food seasoned...that should be left up to us.

We do not like spring mix salad--which was included, but other salads were an additional charge==at other restaurants we have a choice of salads. The broccoli, which was the only vegetable offered w/ potatoes was so over cooked it was too soft to pick up w/ a fork.

The food was not cooked properly. Our pasta was overcooked and mushy. The waiter Jim was horrible. He took 15 minutes to collect our orders and we were ready 5minutes after we were seated. He did not check on us, did not refill our drinks timely.
Our server never stopped to see if we needed anything. I was without water most of my meal. I feel b/c we are young (20yrs old) that our server didn't pay attention to us b/c they probably assumed we wouldn't tip accurately. The server stopped at other tables and skipped ours.

WE were alittle disappointed this time eating at Randi's. I had Flounder Francois and the flounder was not fresh(it had that oily taste. My husband had Spaghetti & Meatballs (meatballs were very dry) but the sauce was good.

Randi's is a great place to hold a party as well as dinner. I am there maybe twice a month. I had my daughters shower there and you could not beat their prices, food or service. We have very few good resturants around my area and I am glad they are there. I heard of Randi's because my nephew used to work there.

Pasta dishes are their specialty and you can't go wrong there. Sometimes the specials can be hit or miss. For example, the scallops that came w/my monkfish special were excellent, the monkfish itself was a bit overcooked and dry.

we have eaten there a few times I was here for a rehersal dinner also for another catrered luncheon we have always been pleased with the food and service

The prices are very reasonable and everything that we have had there has been top notch. The service and atmosphere are superb. Randi's has become one of our favorite spots.

Because we enjoy the food at Randi's I took advantage ofRest.com.My grandson 16yrs old went for the first time and wanted to return the next day.Excellent meal had by all.

Six of us had lunch. We ordered mainly sandwiches and appetizers. The portions were very large and the food was excellent. The waitress was quick to refill our drinks and service was excellent.
The hostess was pleasant and accommodating. The food was fabulous. Our server was brilliant. Overall a terrific experience.

The bread and the salad were not desirable we barely touched them, but the entree was great! We even took it home and ate it later however we will not be eating here again.
I'll say it again. It is the perfect spot to eat and then head to the movies. I wish they had higher denominations than $10, but thank you, it was delicious.
They need to add a Baked Potato to your choices.

Nick provided excellent service. Nice job - thanks! Food was a bit overcooked on this visit (several in party noted same) which is highly unusual. Wrote it off as a fluke for this night since every other visit has been exceptional.

Usually, dine at Randi's mid-week instead of Sunday. This is the second time we tried a Sunday. Food not as good as during the week. Bread was stale. Food medium temp.

I have been to Randi's twice within one month anb both times my bill an increase of $3.00 on one of the entre's ordered. When I asked why the difference I was told it was an old price and waiting for new menues. I think this is very poor customer service. I asked for the manager to complain but the hostess said she could help me well she did anything but help me and blame it on the server not telling me when the order was placed. The server was Jen and was so pleasant and remembered all the specials without looking at any notes so with this in mind how could she possibly remembered the price change. This is the responsiblity of the owner to honor the prices on their menu but to give the bill to the customer and they must ask why the $3.00 increase on an entree. Very disappointed since this has happened twice within one month. I wondered how many other customers this has happened to without them notice. This is very dishonest and has left a bad taste in my mind to return.
Since we are planning a bridal shower at Randi's we enjoyed a delicious lunch, as well as, checking out our room for decorating ideas for our event. I have always enjoyed Randi's..particularly their Sunday Brunch!

Our server, Mona, was extremely courteous and efficient. My husband's Veal Marsala was excellent. Altogether a good experience. Thank you.
Service and food were great! Our only complaint was that the bread basket was delivered with a dish of grated cheese and basil. After about 10 minutes we finally asked for some olive oil so we could mix and dip the bread. This should come to the table already mixed.
Service was slow this particular evening (including having to walk the payment up to the front!), which lowered the rating a bit.
