Food was good but they were out of meatloaf which is what I really wanted

Our waitress was pleasant and our food came out quickly. The sweet potato fries were outstanding (esp. the cinnamon butter) and the rack of ribs were excellent as well.

Were afraid it was going to be a bar and very loud. To our pleasure, it had a restaurant side and a bar side resembling a Texas Road House without the noise and the peanuts all over the floor. Much quieter than the Texas Road House. Really liked it. Likely to go back even though it is a ways from our house.
The food was cold and did not taste very good at all.
They were not busy at all but service was so slow. Baked potatoes were cold. The interior temperature of the restaurant was frigid. No heat? We always brag about this restaurant but we when we left we all commented on how disappoinged we were this time.

The best meal there is the ribs as far as I am concerned. It is a bit noisy, but was very crowded there tonight.

The server was new but very nice. The hostess too busy on her phone to be personable. She is clearly not hostess material. Seemed annoyed that we wanted to wait for a regular table rather than a high top.
Baked potato cold and fish dry. Door greeter is not friendly at all. She didn’t ask for our seating preference (booth or table). We are retired enjoy a calm setting. A group of about 10 were sat across from with an unhappy baby and people who spoke at the top of their lungs. Will be a while before we return. In general, the quality of the food has declined. Thanks

Little understaffed waitress was also the bartender and only waitress at the 2:00 PM shift that I was there .
The server was awful. The food was good. Took a long time to get our food. Only a few people in the restaurant. Hardly seen the server while we were dining. Very disappointed.
Unfortunately, our dining experience left a lot to be desired The usually great house salad was missing its mixed greens & several of the toppings. The fried fish was overdone, chewy, & dry. A replacement was received. The servers were good - the cooks pretty bad. The quality of the food is not consistent.
The service was slow and the food was not prepared properly. Some of it was still cold while other items was extremely over cooked.
So good! So many things to choose from the huge menu! Picked Pulled pork coleslaw and homemade tater chips. Can't wait to go back!

Came for our 25th anniversary and it was Tuesday and wanted to try the shrimp boil. Our server said she thought that it was discontinued due to summer being over but she went to double check. She said they had it but I decided against it because it sounded like a slow seller. Order steak and rib combo with steak mr...it came out very rare...eat some and sent rest back for cooking. Server was pleasant but very hurried even though not busy. This is the amazing part. I asked for a piece of foil for my ribs (have had bad luck with boxes coming open in the car) and she said no and that she could give me a box...said she wasn't allowed in kitchen to get foil??? That is a rediculous answer...I have gotten foil here before and many other places as that is what I always ask for every time when i have meat left over. She, of course, has no need to go in kitchen to get foil...all she had to do was ask a cook for a piece of pop up. This really irritated me as I was in the restaurant business for 30 years and would never expect my staff to respond like that. If they did, there would be some retraining going on at the very least. Over all, the experience on our 25th was not great.

Food was good and service was great....wings were not what I expected they were cold and greasy. This is not th norm for Ruttenbuck's. Almost like the wings were heated and very dry.Rest of meal was very good.

Love the venue; stools were uncomfortable at the high top...worn. Most of the food was good- chicken breast small and dried out-made another one and it was larger and much better. Waitress could have been more attentive to drink refills. Also cleared table of food I wasn't finished with.

My first visit to this restaurant and will be my last. Do not go an hour before they close even on a Friday night because the food was terrible. Got steak and chicken, cold. Baked potato cold! Texas toast cold, paid extra for that. Service was horrible, the waitress was as cold as the food. Guess we picked the wrong night to go since I have seen other reviews on how great this place is. Wonder who these people are employees trying to make it look good. Oh, one more thing we didn't even get the peanuts.
