No waitress service, no credit cards. Food was very good. Nice kid at the counter very busy answering phones for take out, taking in house orders and delivering food to tables. Too bad I would definitely go again but not for a night out dinner.

Restaurant no longer accepts credit cards but has a ATM in restaurant.
The owner is a hot head and argued with me as if I was stupid.

Our meals were quite delicious and generously portioned. The atmosphere is very informal, which was great for us. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant is noisy, however, so we wouldn't recommend it for quiet conversation.

It was a bit confusing. We had 4 in our party and you had to order your food at the counter and basically serve and take of yourself. I guess we thought being dine in maybe have an order form at the table would be less confusing and better for the customer.

Large portions, great food, amazingly low prices.
Food was good and hot but we wouldn't really consider it place to dine in. Seated yourself, no wait staff, ordered food at front counter, ONLY Bottled drinks. Would return to order the food, but doubtfully would "dine-in"

Shrimp scampi was horrible. Tasted like a chicken soup base. Veal parm grinder was tough & chewy, the bacon was hard & burnt on a grinder.

Though the food was good, the restaurant was very chilly due to the fact customers were coming in for takeout orders and letting in cold air. This made for an uncomfortable dining experience. The dining room needs to be heated to an adequate temperature to ensure a pleasurable experience. I am reluctant to return during the cold weather for fear of a repeat. Other customers were also complaining about the uncomfortable temperature.
Very nice staff and the food was very good
We love the food and you get a large portion. My only complaint is that it is cold inside in the winter and hot in the summer. When the help wears sweatshirts in the winter, you know it is cold inside.

We have made Siano's our restaurant of choice when we want Italian food. We would highly recommend it. It is not fancy but very pleasant.
There isn't any waitresses but the food is always excellent. You definitely won't go home hungry.

I have previously ordered take out and the food is exceptional. The dining room is not particularly welcoming. In addition, you must order your food at the counter.
We take out pizza here often but this was the first time we ate in. Tables have menus but since no one waited on us or even acknowledged us at the table we decided to order from the counter.
This is basically a self service place. You order at the counter (but they will bring your food to you), and you refill your own drinks at the fountain. This is all fine except the man that takes your order at the counter is NEVER pleasant...actually he acts as though you are bothering him. The food is OK, nothing great, nothing bad. Prices are a bit high, but comparable to most now a days.

It was a lot busier in the dining room than usual. I like to see local businesses do well, but they were slow to bus the tables as people left...

walk into restaurant not greeted by anyone even though employee or owner lady was sitting in booth watching World Cup on the tv. waited approx 5 minutes with no contact from anyone when brother went up tp take out counter to find out that where you place your order and they will deliver when ready "huh" they know were there but no one says anything.

All four of us had the Lasagna lunch portion. It was absolutely delicious and we even took some home for left-overs.

This is primarily a take out pizza restaurant. This was the first time we ate in. You have to go to the counter and order and they have minimal waitress service. Mostly do it yourself. That being said-the pizza is the best. We had an antipasto that was stuffed high and we couldn't finish it. My husband loves the wings. It's not a fine dining establishment so if you go knowing this you won't be disappointed. Best pizza around.

Cashier/waitress (she did both) was very good/attentive. It's a small place, place order yourself, but very clean and efficient. Our food choices were enough to feed more than one person - chicken marsala/grilled chicken salad/cheese ravioli. Everything delicious. Fried mozzarella was not in strips, as we've had in other places, but in large squares, and was very good. Mostly a take-out place, but I would definitely come back when I'm in the area again.

Fish wraps were excellent. Fries were done exactly as asked. Salad was good also.ONLY negative was the noise level probably due to the vaulted ceilings.---and there was only 6 people in at the time!!
Pizza was excellent. We typically Ho to either Red Rose or Tony's, but were pleasantly surprised by this place. This might become our regular pizza place.

Everything was very good, fresh, tasty and hot. Portions were generous.
loved the pizza - generous with the sauce, while many other places are not. The pasta portion was huge - could be cut back. Only thing I'd change is the breadsticks - would prefer the dough be made into rolls so there is more soft inside instead of all crust. We'll definitely be back.
The chicken parm dinner was EXCELLENT! Two large pieces smothered in cheese, a nice salad and lots of ziti. Had enough leftovers for 2 more meals. The fish & chips wasn't impressive. Two pieces of frozen flat fish that we would not get again. We would go back. Prices were fair and portions large.

The dinning Room was cold .Maybe it was ok for the help that work in a hot kitchen.But too sit there and try to enjoy a meal it was too cold.The tile floor was dirty needs a good cleaning.A person has to go to a counter and give your order then get your own drinks. Then have to pay 18% tip that a little cheap on the owners part for what service?
we didn't have a server, we had to go to the counter to order yet they still charged the 18% gratuity as stated on the gift certificate, also didn't have a bill for me just a piece of paper they used to ring it up when I went back to the counter topay....never will a waste a penny there again

The food was very heavy and bland. When I told the server I didn't like it she asked if I wanted something else. Being that we already ate salad and an appetizer I didn't want anything. She should have given me my money back for a meal I didn't eat.
Everything is great there except it was very windy, they had both doors open on each side of the restaurant and the draft was really cold.

Server was VERY pleasant. However, having to get up to order the meals at the counter, (Never had that experience before) will guarantee I wouldn't go there with a party of more than two. System is VERY for restaurant's conveinance.
