First time I ordered from here...terrible experience. First off I paid extra for 2 orders of nacho chips with guacamole...the chips arrived all smashed and the 2 containers of guac were only half full meaning around a tablespoon in each. Second, when the driver handed me the order I could feel it was cold, meaning he had it sitting in front of the car's air conditioning vent during the drive to the house. Third, in the instructions I stated the the customer (me) is handcapped, so please knock or ring the bell, give me a minute to get to the door and hand me the order. I saw the car pull into the driveway, and started working my way to the door. When I got there, the driver was already walking back toward his car. I called to him, and asked him to please hand me the order because he had left it on the ground at the bottom of the porch step and I can't get to it. He came back and picked it up and handed it to me then. That's just another example of why I'm not in favor of mandatory tips when placing the order. I used the taco bell app to place the order, and there's no way to select any delivery time except ASAP.
