Snotty stuck up staff. I can't imagine why you'd put rude staff at the host stand but they do. Just complete valley girl complex. I brought my disappointment to a manager and she defended the behavior. I asked if she was going to do anything about it and she said no. I won't be back...good luck to the rest of you.
