The waitress was wonderful. My first choice that I ordered was not available. They did not have fish. I then ordered steak and it was over cooked. I ordered Medium Rare and it was well.

Fabulous Haddock Romano outstanding, pork chop, buffalo chicken salad grilled as requested. Shrimp Alfredo and chicken tenders all were flawless. Our waitress was a 10**** service was flawless.
service is excellent, table a little tight but still fit 2 large pizzas (elevated), 4 pizza plates, 2 appetizer plates (full loaf bread w/ sides of sauce & chicken fingers), and a chicken parm w/ pasta plate. Food is amazing before cooled off, pizza crust is also great, pasta sauce is one of the best I have had. Breading on chicken parm & tenders is good but could use a little bit of special seasoning; have great fried cust.
Nice server, good service, very good food, but the decor was bad and the booths were uncomfortable and rickety! Chairs were cheap too!
Undoubtedly the best pizza and wings in Syracuse. Additionally, a side salad to complete the dinner.
We had 3 different pizzas and each one was terrific. The wings were just as good as the pizza. We ordered 2 large antipasto salads which were more than enough for our party of 8. Server was very nice. The only negative would be that it could use updating.

We have always had a good meal here, but last not we were very disappointed! It took a long time to get our food and when it did come it was cold! All the meals but two! The shrimp Reggie’s for almost $20 had 4 medium shrimp. The Chicken Franchises that I always get seemed to be much smaller than usual. But the worst thing was the temperature of everything,COLD.

As always, the pizza "stole the show!" We took out of town guests to Twin Trees claiming this was our "gold standard of pizza." They loved it as much as we did! W also ordered meals and everyone was quite pleased not just with their food, but with our terrific service, too! This is our favorite Twin Trees restaurant - though the others aren't very far behind. :)

Our food and service were spectacular! We split a large pizza, then everyone ordered a meal and dessert. (I had an open-face steak sandwich that came with a salad and baked potato. The steak was cooked perfectly. Two of my friends had the chicken parmigiana which came with salads and pasta. Their meals were so large they took sizable containers home.)
We had the back dining room to ourselves. It was wonderful, the food ,our server we were not rushed.
Best pizza around. Can't say much about the iceberg lettuce salad and bottled dressing, so -1 star for that. Otherwise a great place for pizza night!
We dined early on a Friday evening. Ordered several small pizza and wings, as well as 4 different entrees. The food was, as always, fantastic and the server couldn't have been more attentive and spot on. This is the BEST pizza on the planet. We always order more than we need so we can all take some home for the weekend. :)

Their pizza is the best!! Their entrees not so good. Very disappointed in the Chicken Marsala. The salad contained a disproportionate amount of lettuce ribs compared to the green leaf.
i wouldn't say i was over the top about the service, she was a little pushy and we felt a little rushed to order and get out. I got the seafood platter, that was supposedly broiled, tasted like it needed a few more minutes in the broiler. The pasta dishes were all delicious and sufficient portion sizes! guess next time i should stick to the pasta or the pizza n wings that they are known for!

Our service was very good. We were a party of 9. Lisa was on top of everything and her timing and attention were super. Food was not as good as in the past. Our three pizzas were white on the bottom. Need to be in oven longer. Their special garlic pizza had no garlic flavor. Spaghetti & meatball pizza had no flavor. It really lacked sauce. The Margherita Pizza was pale, and very skimpy on Cheese, basil and tomato. I had large empty spaces of nothing but dough on each slice. Mozzarella sticks were very good. Antipasto needed more tuna and meat. We had the largest size, $19.99, and after four people served themselves, there wasn't much left besides just lettuce. Hence, need more meats and cheeses. The boys plowed down 4 dozen wings. The few I had were OK. Lemonade had strange taste, almost musty. Iced tea was good. We brought a cake and waitress graciously placed it in the fridge and when we were ready, Lisa brought it out with plates, server, knife and more silverware for the cake consumption. Excellent service, food disappointing tonight. Would return in hopes of having food that met our standards on previous visits.

We had a $50 off purchase of $100 or more, and the server told us we had just made it at $106. When we got the bill it was actually $102 plus the cost of drinks and tax, which came to $124. We were not told that drinks were not included in the cost of food. We ended up spending $92 with tip when we only had wanted to spend about $60. The food was excellent, though.
The food was (as is everytime we eat there)great. The server was super (even tho she was told the limit I had to spend and still managed to go OVER by almost $25.00 (she said we still had enough for another drink if wanted) IF your margaritas are $25.00 they are over priced. You NEED more lighting. When we need to use our cell phone lights to see the menu something needs to happen in that area
My wife had a total knee replacement several weeks ago and she is recuperating well, but when we asked to be seated at a table so she would be more comfortable than in a booth, one of the waitresses made a comment, within earshot, about "why do they need a table?" This same waitress made the same comment to the hostess as we were walking out of the restaurant. It will be some time before we go back there.

Food was excellent. Waited about 1 hour for our entree because of anothet big group and the kitchen was backed up preparing their meals. Service was great.

The service was Poor. It took about 25 mins. for our waitress to bring old bread to the table and then another 20 mins. for the overdressed salads. Then she brought our dinner out about 5 mins. later. Bad time management from the staff and the kitchen. One order was for steak(overcooked) and the other for seafood. Frozen and bad. They do have great pizza and wings here so we will only ever order that from this restaurant.

This is the "original" Twin Trees in Syracuse. None of us have been here in years. The place hasn't changed at all - pizza is still good; salad was great. Service was very good. A great neighborhood pizza -Italian restaurant still offering great food like the "good old days".

Sauce on pizza was not as flavorable as usual. Also, lighting in the dining room needs to be upgraded. There are tables that have no lights above. Difficult to read the menu and see the meal.

But we have been going to Twin Trees on Avery Ave. for 22 years and we love it. Hopefully a little more lighting next time.

Eating at Twin Trees is always an excellent experience. The only thing I dont care for is calling in an order at the Milton Ave location. The Man that takes the order is not nice at all, but has nothing to do with this experience or this location.

The antipasto was horrible. Lettuce was old salad dressing was so spicy burned mouth one piece of cheese in the entire salad. Pizza was so sloppy when you picked it up all toppings fell off. I eat her a few times a year and have never had such a bad experience.

The waitress had an "attitude", as if we were putting her out. Slammed items on the table, very slow in getting requested items (coffee, knife) forgot a side, told not to get it, but delivered it anyway when the meal was almost over.

I asked our waitress if we could use the coupon for their pizza/wing special's of which she said no but I do know that was mentioned on the certificate so that was fine. She took our certificate ahead of time so she could call it in which did not delay our check out process. She was extremely nice asking about our food and refills on drinks.

We are regulars for Twin Trees pizza. We travel across the county for the Avery Avenue branch. We get our "fix" every few weeks. We love it.
The food is always good. The veal parm can feed three people. The steak and scallops were ok, scallops not great. They do limit the certificate to no specials.

The pizza was very good. The Antipasto could have been a little larger for 5 people and the selection of meets and cheese and olives left something to be desired. The Ice tea was also no fresh and we decided to switch to water. The s5aff was excellent

We thought the atmosphere was very cozy. Our waitress was so nice and attentive. We never felt rushed and we didn't need to wait either. Very relaxed! The food was very good. However I ordered the broiled fish platter. I thought my fish tasted frozen and bit over down. The pizza was good ,crust could have been a little more done . The wings were awesome.

pizza was great, the small antipasto looked like someone dumped the last of a salad bowl into a serving dish . Lettuce was soaked in dressing, 1 piece of cheese 2 pepperonis. We should have sent it back, but it looked like the waitress was overwhelmed with all the tables she had to serve that night.

We got take out tonight. They said no bread came with take out fish dinner. This was odd as we always get bread when we eat in. We agreed to pay an extra $1.75 for bread. That would have been fine but all they gave us was 2 thin slices for this added charge. Very skimpy.

It was the worst meal I've had. I ordered a fish sandwich and received a flat half of a small fish on a bun that was three times it's size fries and no coleslaw the others in my party went Italian there meals looked like dog food the presentation was poor. We had callimari appetizer that was frozen pieces consisting of mostly batter. Never have I been so disappointed and I was entertaining visitors to our area. Sooooo sad

The best Pizza in town! Worth the drive from Manlius,It is a nice, comfortable, relaxing restaurant. On New Years Eve it was full of laughter and happy people. The haddock was ok, baked potato not piping hot, but they were VERY busy, so understandable. Just grateful to get a table at the last minute on New years Eve.
We called for a reservation at 6, when we arrived the restaurant was busy but not full. we were seated in a booth that was in a very dark and dingy corner which was too small to hold 6 adults. Service was slow.
The only thing I don't like is when they don't put enough sauce on your pasta and you ask for a little extra they charge extra same with salad dressing c'mon folks.Otherwise fantastic and Lisa is a great waitress.

My friend and I had a delightful lunch. She had the salmon salad and I the Asian Wrap. Both of these are our favorites. For dessert we love the key lime tart.Our waitress was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

Worst dining experience in our entire lives.
Waitress was extremely rude! We were all shocked by her behavior. Our wings were literally black. The waitress said it was because they were grilled. We had grilled wings before and theses were burned not just a little but badly. They should never have even been served to us. This was the worse restaurant experience I've ever had in my entire life.
Very good waitress,right there when you needed her and we have come to expect the same as all the waitresses are fantastic at taking care of your needs!

We visited the Avery Ave location on Monday, July 29th. We were seated immediately and our server immediately took our drink order. When she returned with our drinks, we were ready to order. Food came out very promptly. She asked how everything was several times and was right there for a drink refill or a take out container. Best service ever!
The wings we first ordered were burned. They brought back some others that were fine.

Food was better than average, pasta was cooked correctly and all orders came out hot. Over-charged on our bill - ordered and received a small pizza, but was charged for a large. We didn't realize it until we arrived home. Hopefully not a trend with this restaurant.

We love the cherry peppers. But we thought the salt and pepper wings were way too plain. no seasoning at all. but otherwise the hot wings were great and the meat on them was really good.
terrible service, we waited forever for someone to even come over. Restaurant was NOT busy. Also, got a large pizza with 3 toppings on 1/2 the pizze - and 3 toppings on the second 1/2 of the pizza. 2 of the 3 were the same on both - yet - we got charged $1.50 for 6 toppings!!! When I aksed why, I was told "sorry - that's the way we do it".

We had the Wednesday Special, "Open-face" steak dinner for two. The steak was wonderful, the baked potato was huge, and the salad was fresh. We also had calamari as an appetizer, which was delicious. Of course, Twin Trees sauce for dipping the calamari, is top-notch.

The food was excellent & service decent. However, we felt as if the waitress wasn't as friendly once she saw we had a coupon. We left her a good tip hoping she would realize not everyone who uses a coupon is cheap.

we had to wait about an hour to be seated in the back room which was empty. I know the restuarant was very busy and we were a large party but we could have been at least seated since my father is 87 yrs old and we were in the bar area oin the way of the wait staff waiting on tables in the bar and take out orders. poor management
We visit this Twin Trees regularly. We travel from Minoa, because we LOVE the pizza,wings, and antipasto. This is where we go for pizza !

We live in the area. The italian specialties and service were excellant. My only comment is that one diner had chicken marsala and either cooking wine or stale wine was used.
There was one waitress in the dining room and most of the tables were full. She did an excellent job of taking care of everyone.
I love their loaded antipasto! Best in the city. Their pizza is also the best.
Twin Trees is known for their good food. But our server was the most pleasant, attentive and cooperative waitress you could ask for. We will return!
