two of us didn't really like the smoked tomato sauce on the fried eggplant dish. everything else was wonderful! service was excellent.
The setting offers a panoramic view of Seneca Lake and the table settings were elegant, yet casual enough to make us comfortable. Appreciate that the restaurant is handicapped accessible.
What a fabulous lunch we had! A beautiful day looking out over Seneca Lake, excellent service, and superb food. The dessert called "coffee" is out of this world!

Wonderful ambiance/view but $11 for a Caesar Salad the size of a side salad is a little over the top is the way of price gouging. My friend's pastrami Reuben was grisly.The flavors were good but portions ridiculous for price.

Menu is rather sparse and very expensive. For $40, no salad comes with it. Was looking for fish or seafood and none was on the menu. The items we ordered were excellently prepared and the service and atmosphere were great. Just would not be able to spend the money to go there often. Such a shame.

This place really has everything I want for a special dinner out: great location, great atmosphere, great service, and excellent food.
We had the mussels and they were excellent. The sauce the mussels were in was the best. The crab cake had plenty of crab in it. We had great entrees. Then the dessert was wonderful. It was presented beautifully. It was a wonderful meal.
Fabulous service and food! Innovative, delicious dishes. This place is special.Only thing that disappointed us: we made a reservation, and the restaurant didn't notify us that we would be in the wine cellar, as there was a private function in the main restaurant. I had been raving about this place, both the food AND the atmosphere,to my husband-- and we planned a special dinner. So I was disappointed to be down in the cellar. It's ok...but it's not upstairs!

This is an incredible restaurant. We had the hardest time deciding on our dishes, because everything sounded amazing. And the food we chose WAS amazing. The setting is spectacular. We might never have ventured up to this place without restaurant.com. Now we will return often!
Luncheon on Monday 7/17 - can't recall name of waitress, but she was very attentive. She even held the chocolate milkshake for the 2-year-old until all the green beans were finished! Food outstanding - had organic burger and chorizo tacos as well as corn chowder and cream of brocoli soups. Soups like velvet but a bit spicy. Desserts were to die for - expecially chocolate cherry one (and gluten-free!). Waitress also very knowledgeable about the wines, making our choosing much easier. Overall a very memorable meal.
Two in our party ordered the pastrami Reuben. It was full of fat. We told the waiter and he said he would let the kitchen know. We disassembled the sandwich and ate what we could. No compensation was offered even after the waiter saw all the fat on the plates. His comment was "well you ate the sandwich " we asked for a manager who was nice enough to take 1/2 off for the sandwich.
Three of our party had the Reuben. One of us sent it back, another ate 1/4 and didn't tell the server u till the bill came that it was not very good, and the third person ate 1/2 and too the rest home for the dog.

There were only 2 other couples dining while we were there. The waiter's attention wandered when the other couples left. We were sitting too long with dirty plates on our table at the end of our meal. The food was prepared with way too much salt. My large salad was to have apple chips, candied walnuts and bleu cheese. There was literally 2 apple chips, about 4 walnuts and so little bleu cheese, that I was surprised every time I found a small piece. We truly expected more from a 5 star rated restaurant.

The food was really sub par and we paid a lot of for it. No one else was there. The views are great and the restaurant itself is pretty looking. But the food is not up to the view. Over fried chicken fingers, Burger was not as good as a fast food joint. Charcuterie plate was so gross and not even looking pretty. With about 5 crackers. For 18 bucks on that one dish it was a slap in the face. I wondered if they did that because we used a coupon.

We decided on the small plates that they offer, which were amazing for a lite dinner. Enjoyed a couple glasses of wine and of course dessert which was beyond amazing. Kyle was our server and he is so well versed and very knowledgeable.

We came for your happy hour in the lounge twice. Both times, the hostess offered to seat us in the restaurant area instead of the lounge/bar area. Service, food, drink and atmosphere were all a delightful surprise. Thank you!
