The service was good. The food was average, not enough flavor & a little expensive.

Both quality of food and service was subpar. The meats were not seasoned and had no flavor. As for the service, the owner (I suppose) was seen prancing around to everyone’s tables except non-Caucasians. He would hover over, deliver them food, take their dishes away, pour them wine, etc. he never once came to other tables who were Asian or Hispanic.

I had to send the salmon back because it was undercooked.
Very crowded floorplan. Tables jammed very close together. Noisy acoustics become unbearable when the two piece band got going. Interesting and extensive menu. VERY pricey. Portion sizes unpredictable. One entree very generous, the other very skimpy. Sauces were delicious, but all proteins were so overcooked that they were chewy, as if cooked some time earlier. Server was knowledgable, but not attentive.
Watch out for 'off menu' offers by waiter. Make sure you know the price and what they are offering before you accept. Ended up paying extra $12 for two pieces of shrimp
Menu choices were many. All dishes were made to order and were delicious. The wait staff is excellent and the inside is beautiful.
We go early as we know they fill later. Wait staff is always attentive. Only complaint was that the vegetables were nearly raw. I had pasta but two others had vegetables. I judge a restaurant as how well they can cook vegetables. On the other hand, one of our party ordered risoto and agrees with my son...who is a chef...that it was fantastic!l

This is my first negative review for this restaurant. The meat platter for 2 was undercooked and tough. A fettuccine dish with mushrooms had to be sent back because it was inedible. We asked for a substitution dish that my husband and I had ( chicken parmigiana) which was good, but it never came. My grandsons pizza was under baked also. Our server brought 2 desserts after our meal, which was very thoughtful, since none of this was his fault. They were devoured. Also the live music was so loud we could not hear ourselves.
Only reason it didn’t get a 5 was because the waiter was rude. We got there at 9 for our reservation. At 9:10 the waiter comes up and says “you need to order the kitchen is closing.” Restaurant doesn’t close till 10 mind you.

Advertising open to 10pm, arrived 9pm. Very cold and rude reception. Told grill closed an hour early and limited our menu choices. Didn’t get what we came for. Waiter ignored us so we ate quickly and left.

Food took over 30min to come out. Waiters disappear for long periods of time.
The food and service were excellent, prices were very fair. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because we went on a Saturday night and the place was packed. This seems to be the norm for Fri and Sat nights for them. Of course who wants to go to an empty restaurant....bad sign, right. We'll definitely go, but during the week.
No one to seat us for a long time. Waiter did not seem to want to take care of us. Unattentive. Drinks ran dry. Tried to bring us check mid-dinner.

We arrived right at opening and we got seated right away. Restaurant is a very nice ambience and the service was good. The food was superb....enjoyed the empanadas very delicious! One thing negative is the mimosa's were expensive in price since it was considered a weekend brunch/lunch.

Our server was Ramon and assistant was Daniel. They both provided excellent service and were professional. However, Villa Roma needs to update the menu prices on their website. Prices on the website are much lower than in the restaurant. This was a surprise and my only complaint.
This was1st visit. Not previously aware of this restaurant. Will be returning. Food excellent, great service by Adriana and reasonable prices. Great all around value. All 3 of us loved our different selection.

We shared the empanadas, very good; we then had the Argentine Pizza, Pollo Marsala, Fetucinni and Pizza Prosciutto... all very good. The only bit of disappointment was the Minestrone soup. However, we definitely plan to return!
Could not give a 5 because the inside of my beef Empanada was cold as were my Husband ‘s veggies. Also when nearly done the server was no where in sight to fill my water glass. Our entrees were delicious, and the server gracious.
The bread before the meal was not hot and delicious, it came with no butter, only the oil on the table, the pizza was delicious, although it was not drizzled in oil, but drenched in a pool of oil, the pasta was delicious as well. All in all, a solid four out of five stars.

Always terrific food, and always slow and in adequate service. Our service is very often very slow. Where there’s a polite when they come but they don’t come off an enough. I had to get up to her three times to ask for a waiter, it asked for a drink, to ask for ketchup, etc. etc. They did have a table a party of 40 the night we were there and perhaps that explains part of it. But generally speaking when I visit, which is very often, because the food is so good , The service is poor.

We've been here before and I absolutely love their sea bass. However this last time it was VERY dry. Probably won't get it again. However my husbands meal was excellent as usual and we will go back.

Service was timely and attentive. Pasta was ok, but tasty. We also ordered a chicken dish (Involtini di Pollo) that we really enjoyed. And the clams were delicious. Portions were generous. There was also live music, which was nice but nothing fancy.
Service was friendly,accommodating.and extremely prompt, despite being a very busy Saturday night. So many times, I have asked to have my water glass refilled. Here, it was " may I refill it for you?"
We love this restaurant but for some reason they charge tax on the original total instead of after discount amount. That never happened in other restaurant.com places.

Food ,and service was excellent. All of the wait staff was hustling and our waiiter delivered excellent serviice. We ordered the nettuno risotto and a special tortelloni dish with an amazing porcini mushroom cream sauce. The latter was phenomenal and needs to be on the permanent menu.

I wish the waiters wrote down orders. They can never seem to remember things like no onions or appetizer choice wrong or side dish ordered did not show up. Just write it down it would be appreciated. We only had 2 in our party and 3 things were wrong. Great delicious food though
It's a nice restaurant. The ambiance is nice. Like it when there is music/d.j., which was this last visit. One thing I did not like was that we were seated by an exit door, and at that time a group of men had finished there dinner and proceeded to the outside where they ordered drinks and were smoking their cigars. So every time the waiter that was going in and out of the door, it was letting the cigar smell in, causing an unpleasant smell. Affecting the smell of our food. I asked if we could move and we were accommodated. Perhaps consider placing the smoking area away from doors so the inside doesn't get smoked. Other than that everything was good. Another thing, a suggestion, I like butter for my bread and there wasn't any butter.

The food and atmosphere was excellent and I would have rated the restaurant as such but when I got home and looked at the detailed receipt, I was charged a different price from the menu and website. $2.00 added to each of our two entrees.

2 out of 3 enjoyed their meal immensely. I did not. I had Chicken Milenese and it was very very very dry. We came at 5pm and I think the chef served me chicken that was cooked yesterday. My chicken was not very hot, and was too dry. I will come one more time to see if this was just an "off" night. Service, as usual, was distant. It was very irritating when during our meal, a waiter cleaned the floor with a carpet sweeper!!!! That should have been done well before the first customer arrived.

this restaurant has a good local following. sunday nights they have music & dancing & there are always family groups there. knowing they'd be busy, they only seemed to have one waitress! plenty of other staff, but she could not keep up with the crowd. not her fault, but still ...

The calamari appetizer in red sauce was delicious. The fresh bread was great for dipping into the sauce. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly. My husband enjoyed the veal.

The restaurant was filled on Saturday, so we sat at the bar. My (Vitello Cimabue) veal with eggplant was fine; wished the eggplant was fresher. My husband liked his Rigatoni Alla Montanara, but it was a little salty. We enjoyed the live-music.
The service was very nice. The food had a good flavor and the atmosphere was all around enjoyable. Live music was going on and the place was full of people. So expect a little noise. But it is fun and full of flavors.The wine was a winner too.

We were the only table for most of the time (one more table came in halfway through our meal), but had poor service. The busboy and waiter stood around talking to other employees when we could see them, or else they were in the back. We usually eat at their deli next door which is busier, but the servers are great!

Food was good, but servers were hard to get to notice us. They walked around not checking to see if tables were trying to get their attention. Our table and the table next to us had this problem. I noticed a dog on the patio table area, which I was not happy about. I thought dogs were not allowed anywhere in an area food was being served. It was under the server's feet a couple of times. Waiter "forgot" our coupon, so he had to redo our bill. If we had not checked carefully, we would not have received the discount. Felt he could have done a better job of remembering--it was not all that busy.

The steak portion was huge for the price and with the chimichurri sauce outstanding. The veal cutlet was very tender and tasty also. Requested a change from vegetable and potato to pasta and they accommodated the request and did not charge any additional. Heather's service was very good considering how busy she was.

It was a little noisy and there was a man who kept walking around the dining room the whole time we were there, not saying anything, but just looking around. Maybe he was the manager? Strange!

Service is excellent and the Italian food is far above average. It is the best authentic Italian we've found in the area. The only complaint was that my chicken breast was dry, but it was a holiday and very crowded. The Argentine empanada appetizer was very good, but we didn't try any other Argentine food. We enjoyed the tango music, too.

Although the Cesar Salad was ordinary, all the other food items were excellent; beat salad, filet minion,salmon and the flan. The wine was also an excellent Malberc.

We shared the beet salad, fusilli aurora & chicken marsala. Each of these was delicious, with interesting flavors. The marsala was perfect - not sweet. A common error in Ital-Amer restaurants is to use a sweet (rather than dry) marsala. I would like to see some more menu items like these since the chef is obviously able to make food which is above the ordinary. They also knew to give us 2 plates and 2 serving spoons with each dish making it easy to share. On each table is a container with olive oil and balsamic vinegar as you might have in Italy.

Usually we have a great dining experience at this place. But the night we went it was full of big party groups. We had to wait almost 45 minutes to get seated. The bartender was our waiter. I think they must've been short staffed.
Both the waiter and the manager were very attentive. The atmosphere and food seem very authentic; and the staff very help with the choices. The portions served were more than we expected. The taste were a mixer of both Spanish and Italian cultures, which made for a fun and very unique experience. We went in the afternoon, so we missed the music and dancing. We do plan on visiting in the evening in order to enjoy the entertainment. We also enjoy and purchased items from their market next store. In the market there is a sandwich shop and deli.
The servers do not smile or make you feel welcome. The restaurant was not busy so not sure why it took so long to get our dinner. When our dinner finally arrived it was cold.

This is a swell place to enjoy personal service and a wonderful array of fine dishes.
Food was OK, but the main reason we went was to watch dancing. Almost the entire evening, the staff stood directly in front of us, blocking all view of the dancers.
Great tasting food. Empanadas were great. As were other entrees and desserts. Had a large party and our waiter was very attentive and professional. Went on a Saturday night and they had live Latin music and everyone got up and danced. It was so much! Looking forward to going again.
Our dinner was delicious. The Chimichurri sauce was incredible so was our steak and the empanadas. Our waiter was excellent, he informative and very helpful. The only down side was the booths, walls, carpets and light fixtures need cleaning. But overall a very satisfying dinner.

We were basically the only ones in the restaurant and constantly found ourselves searching for the waiter and his assistant. Not sure what in the world they were doing, however, the service was slow and horrid.I'm embarrassed to have taken my parents to eat there having had a similar experience back in May.The food is good to outstanding, however, the owners of this place need to get Restaurant Stakeout to correct things before they go out of business.What happened to us today was unacceptable.

A hidden gem!
Villa Roma has become our favorite Italian restaurant. The food and service are terrific. We each tried something we had not had previously. Everyone was pleased.
The gentleman that greeted us and seated us was not welcoming but the waitress made us feel great and was glad we were there. The meat was not that good

Abundant portions, well prepared food, attentive and nice server, manager, and staff. Food taste was terrific.
The waitstaff was very good, friendly. The food was accurate and at the right temp. Unfortunately the lack of flavor and box pasta fell short on expectations.
the music was a little too loud and the type of music seemed a little out of place. The band was good but when they took their break and put on pre-recorded music, it was not the right style of music for the ambiance of this restaurant.

My veal dinner was outstanding except for the deep fried potato "chunks". They were awful (I was not offered a choice. The regular chef was not there.
