Ordered two Chicken Subs with double meat. I did not get double meat or any lettuce on the sub. I paid $3.99 for the extra meat on each sub. I called the restaurant and was greeted with a rude male team member that refused to offer any refund or resolution or even a credit. He would not let me speak to the manager when I asked to. He hung up on me during mid conversation. This is the most unprofessional establishment you could go to. Please avoid at all costs. Total cost for two subs that were sub par in every way and terrible customer service was $39.00. The male worker would not give me his name but he worked the night of 2/17 assuming management would like to discuss his unprofessional and rude behavior. Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 1/5
