Parmesans Wood Stone Pizza opened its doors in April of 2004. Owners Michael and Mary Ann Papandrea created a true mom-and-pop operation, with Michael as the chef and Mary Ann in charge of service. Parmesans was created from their combined years of restaurant experience. The concept they created was to take fresh ingredients and a wood-burning stone oven and recreate the taste and fresh-baked feel of an old Italian village and create the best Italian restaurant around.
Parmesans slogan of Pizza*Pasta*Pastry gives a brief overview of what we do. Our hand-pulled old-fashioned pizza crusts are baked directly on the stone, giving the pizza a distinct crispy crust. Parmesans has many signature pasta dishes but also our menu will give customers the chance to witness Michael's classical culinary training offering specialties such as beef and sausage braciole, chicken francaise, wood-stone roasted loin of pork, and "the best eggplant around." Also, no meal would be complete without our homemade deserts! Here at Parmesans we feature an extensive pastry section. Hand-dipped chocolate truffles, carrot cake, cheese cake, our unique creation of chocolate pizza, and many others!
Catering also has taken off here at Parmesans because of the focus of the chef and crew. We have all the items you would find at any catered affair but also offer a full line of specialty entrees that will only be at "your party." Our skilled and smiling staff will deliver to your house, set up, and clean as they found it, giving the host a stress-free event.
All you have to do is visit once and Parmesans will become your new favorite pizza place and Italian restaurant. Our dinning room is open seven days a week at 11am for lunch and dinner.
